very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The sunroom is exceptionally nice place to spend time. The host is very friendly and recommended a great place for dinner in addition to tips about the local area.

Eilís was very welcoming and made our stay comfortable. It's a really nice and quiet location, breakfast was lovely also. Ellis makes her own jams also, a nice little touch. Views from the B&B were amazing.

Eilín and John were perfect hosts. They clearly love hosting people and made our time very special. They know the area very well and provided us with fantastic recommendations for things to do. On top of that they made sure to accommodate our special needs regarding our dietary needs or my mom's restricted mobility. I full heartedly recommend staying here!

Nothing, everything was great.

Owners are very friendly and kind, helped us plan our evening, and gave us excellent dining options. They even packed us a breakfast to-go since we had an early start the next morning. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Ellis the owner was beyond accommodating! She assisted us in every aspect of our trip ! She picked us up on our arrival, cooked an incredible breakfast of homemade eggs, bacon and jams. House was beautiful and had all the comforts of home!!

Everything was wonderful. Nothing to not like.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Einis was an excellent cook. She even provided delicious homemade jams. She and Tom were wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome. Tom took the time to suggest some great places to visit including giving easy directions. We would highly recommended this B & B.

Whether it was Eilís & Tom remembering my preferred breakfast in the morning and going out of their way to give us a loaf of their local bread to take back home which I loved. The hosts were so warm and friendly, and the rooms were very clean and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed out breakfast in the morning! It was a wonderful stay.

Sea Breeze is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the owners are extremely hospitable, helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. We stayed four nights and really enjoyed our time there. In addition, the breakfast choice was large and tasty.

This property and hosts were perfect. Nothing could improve on this perfection.

The range of breakfast choices was exceptional. From Full Irish, Continental breakfast, plus either Kippers, Smoked Salmon and egg. In fact it was a choice to suit every pallet.

No sockets next to the bed to charge your phone overnight. There was a hairdryer but didn’t seem to work.

The host was super nice, she cooked us irish breakfast and a french toast for the guests next to us. The room was cosy and clean with heated beds. The B&B is well situated if you want to explore Portmagee, Venetia Island or Kerry Cliffs.
