The room was cosy and comfortable, with the bonus of free parking. Stephen is a fantastic host. We received a very warm welcome on arrival, and he gave us really helpful information about the local area. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again when we return to Galway.

It could have been closer to town but the buses were frequent, reliable and affordable.

Great location just outside the centre of Galway, perfect for if you have your own car. Spacious room with super comfortable bed and the tea/coffee available was a nice touch.

The noise from the cars on the road, it was not tea facilities in the room, only in the dining room downstairs, the food was not allowed in the room, the duvet was too warm for the summer.

Very clean and nice decorated bedroom and shower room, everything was looking new, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful host of the guesthouse.

There are lots of signs not to eat or drink in your room and there is a quiet period over night - this didn't bother us as we were out most of the time but it did mean you don't fully settle in to feeling "at home".

Everything was very clean, and it was easy to get to Galway by bus (even if the busses were somewhat irregular, they did come several times an hour!). Our toilet broke during the stay but Stephen was able to fix it, but only offering a full refund if he was unable to.

Perhaps our main complaint was that the coffee area was not accessible until 8 (or even later on morning). Since we had reservations for first thing in the morning, and had to leave around 8, this was a bit difficult. It was extremely expensive, but everything was the particular week we were there during the Galway Races.

Stephen was charming and very helpful. The rooms were well-designed and very comfortable. Dining area had facilities for making coffee and tea. Free parking, and the ease of access by public bus into Galway was really appreciated.

Warm welcome from Stephen. Very comfortable Spotless clean Accommodation in ideal location near Galway city. Walking distance to Galway Crystal. Parking on site and Bus Stop is close by. Go raibh mhaith agat!

The location is excellent, and the room very comfortable and quiet. It is a well appointed room with plenty of hanging space and drawers if you wanted to unpack a few things. Guests have use of the dining room and Stephen was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to park our car as we didn’t need to use it much during our few days in Galway.

The room was beautiful, and incredibly comfortable.one of the nicest beds I've ever slept in while away from home honestly. It was a quiet neighborhood which was also really nice, but still easy to get into the city. Stephen was a wonderful host and really helpful, having some lovely suggestions about the area and where to get food. We almost kissed the guestbook though, and recommend that people remember to scan for it when you get there, as it's full of really useful information about the area.
