The double doors in front of the lift caused us real problems, Not only was the small enclosed space in front of the lift airless, hot, smelly and unpleasant but the doors jammed onto our suitcases. They were a real impediment and should be removed or, at least, made automatic.

15 minutes cue to check in and standing in a cue halfway out the door Not a great start to proceedings Time slots for spa being booked up not ideal and cleanliness of some parts of Spa is below par.

Good location Easy access off the motorway from Dublin Close to a lot of attractions and family Restaurant and bar food fantastic quality and staff very friendly Room with balcony spacious, clean and good value for money.

Staff were fantastic, could do with a bit of entertainment during summertime in the bar, just a guitarist /singer. Couldn't relax in bar because it was also required for food . Daytime was great, night time a bit boring. Food was great in restaurant bar food was also good.

4pm check in on a Sunday is way too late especially when you are expected to check out at 11am next morning. Food in the bar area was just ok, I properly won't eat in hotel again. Cocktails need a little more attention the Mojito was very flat, missing that flavour. Wine was very nice.

Staff were wonderful, very attentive and pleasant, every staff member we encountered from reception to the janitor all very nice.

Self catering accomodation views are quite drab, with some apartments looking worse for wear, structurally and aesthetically.

Accomodation ( self catering apartments) were lovely. Clean, modern, plenty of space, excellent facilities.

We were woken up at 6am by delivery drivers arriving. This was particularly frustrating as we are sleep deprived new parents hoping to have a lie in. Our room was on the first floor at the back so, more than likely unfortunate location.

Bath was awkward it get in and out of for shower. Signage to the hotel was not great. Used google maps but was taken along back roads and not the most direct route.

A little dark in the spa, just needed a little more lighting over the swimming pool,

Enjoyed our stay here loved the location, to have the nice walk to the beach through the woodland was lovely. Food was lovely, we got a good rate for B&B for one night

Bar food was very pricey for the standard of it. Was waiting very long on our second night for food, where it came almost instantly the first night.

Lovely rooms and hotel. The spa is lovely but could do with more cold shower outlets or a plunge. Staff were fabulous and the quality of everything was amazing. I loved it here and will definitely be back.
