All beautifully remodeled, clean and new. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Easy check in. Friendly host (Andy). Great punctual breakfast (we had an early start for Skellig) with fresh fruit, exceptionally good coffee.

It was exceptionally clean and beautifully set up. Thought was put into each detail. They were quick to answer any of my questions. It was a great place to stay with a family.

Our room was absolutely spotless. Very very good with plenty of space and great bathroom.had upstairs room. Location was excellent very near to Portmagee. Breakfast was lovely very varied and homemade scones.

We found Seagull cottage fantastic! The property was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay with our family. The owners were very friendly and kindly let our daughters feed their rabbits. The breakfast was yummy! We highly recommend this B & B.

Our room was spotless, with comfy beds and a modern bathroom. We had a lovely mountain view right from our window, which made the stay even more special. The breakfast room was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely book again!

1. The room was located right next to the entrance and faced the car park, which affected privacy—we had to keep the curtains closed. 2. The soundproofing could be improved, as we could clearly hear footsteps from the room above late into the night, as well as snoring.

1. Our Double Room with Private Bathroom was clean, modern, and very spacious, with plenty of room for two people and their luggage. It was clear that the owner takes great care of the property. 2. Breakfast was included in the room rate, with a good variety of food options available. 3. Complimentary WiFi was provided. 4. Toiletries were supplied in the bathroom + hair dryer. 5. Guests had access to tea, coffee, and a small fridge in the dining area. 6. B&B is conveniently located - just a short drive into town and only 2 km from the Kerry Cliffs.

Had some mildly odd interactions with the staff. They offered a (paid) laundry service, which we really appreciated! We had multiple people traveling and asked to have the laundry done in three separate batches (one for each traveling party), happy to pay extra, but received it all back in one big mix. Not a huge deal but a bit inconvenient. I was traveling with a special pillow for my neck, which we left accidentally. The property didn't notify us that they had found it, I realized it was missing when we got back to the car after our tour. We returned to pick it up and found they had just put it in their shed. It had debris on it from (presumably) just being tossed on a dirty shelf. Odd.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was very convenient for catching a boat tour of skellig in the morning.

I liked everything.

The location for touring the south of the the Inveagh peninsula, Valencia Island and the boats to Skelling Micheal. Portage is a delightful wee village with great seafood options for dinner. Great breakfast laid out for a buffet style.

There might have been an issue with noise but after hearing other guests in the hall, it was quiet when they were in their rooms

We were able to order the continental breakfast at the last minute as I'd forgotton when booking. It was delicious and generous with homemade granola bars, fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads etc. The location was perfect for Valentia Island and convenient after the Skellig Island excursion.

Nothing at all - it was all great!

The property was very well situated. It was superbly clean and comfortable. We had two kids and everything was perfect! Andy was a great host! Breakfast was a hit with our 5 year old.
