Everything! The owner Michael has a well organized business that offers a small store, a bar/restaurant, entertainment and sleeping quarters above. It is the heartbeat of the small village of Tullaroan. They serve an excellent choice of breakfasts, warm afternoon lunches, and evening drinks with entertainment later in the week. Michael has an excellent staff that is very professionals, caring, and informative. The town is lovely as is the local area of Kilkenny and Tipperary. My room was comfortable, clean, with its own bathroom. I had a great view with flowers in my windows. The food was excellent. The best part was definitely the warm friendly kindness of the people. A great first experience for me my first time in Ireland.

A little too far from Kilkenny (13 km) unless you rent a car. Otherwise you'll need a taxi.

Wonderful friendly staff, fun area. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast. Be aware that if arriving in the evening you will need to go about 20 minutes into town to grab a meal.. which i expected so no issue for me at all.

The bed was very soft, thats nothing for a hurting spine :D. But ok for one night. The duvet was heavy weighted and for two persons. But thats something I dont like. We sweated very much at night.

Very nice Customers! Little grocery store and Pub included. The breakfast was typically and delicious. In conclusion. Good for a short stay, crossing the country to Southwest. Thanks for the stay. We would repeat our stay, if visiting the Island next time.

We were on our way back from Waterford and it was a great location to decompress in the evening and have a reasonable drive to Dublin in the morning. Every thing was extremely clean and the staff were very pleasant.

A shame that the hot water turns off later at night, showers were ice cold, but it was otherwise perfect!

Rooms were pretty much spotless! The staff was receptive and very friendly, even when we checked in later in the evening. I would definitely recommend Seanie's for a short weekend if you are planning a trip to Kilkenny and are looking for an affordable place to stay. 😁

The location was more remote than I realised, I had to travel 15 mins to the next town to get hot food that night, but I did have a car and it was a lovely evening, so all turned out well.

The breakfast was excellent. Lovely cooked Full Irish served by friendly staff. The rooms are new or newly refurbished so in a great state.
