The property is literally on the beach - couldn’t get any closer. Beautiful views every morning and falling asleep to the sound of waves was lovely. Very nice room - clean and bright. No complaints. If you are planning a trip to Duncannon - look no further. Full Irish breakfast offered each morning by Eric which was delicious. Great value for money. Will definitely be returning next year.

I had a wonderful time at The Seashells. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It was the perfect short break, and I’d definitely return.

There is nothing like an Irish B & B welcome, I've stayed in many over the last 45 years and they rarely disappoint. My stay here was so lovely. I didn't realise the room would be so big as it was a very last minute trip, I booked at lunchtime for that evening, just delighted to get a bed, therefore I was thrilled to see that I had an ocean view and a very large room as Eric had given me the family room. Eric and Dympna couldn't do enough. From a very warm welcome to a sparkling clean quiet room. My bed was extremely comfy and breakfast exactly what I needed, a freshly cooked full breakfast is always welcome. It was a delight to sit by the window and look out at the sea watching the beach shenanigans, then a walk along the beach in the morning which is gorgeous was just what I needed. who doesn't like to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea! Parking is easy and there are local restaurants. Plenty to do in the area and ease of the drive to places like Wexford, Hook, Johnstown castle and Tintern abbey make it a great base for a few nights. There are many great beaches locally too. Delighted, I'll be back again.

Seashells is a lovely Guest House only a very short distance from the beach. Friendly hosts Dympna & Eric were welcoming & very accommodating with any requests. Rather than repeating previous positive comments I agree & endorse them all. 😊

We had a fabulous time and the kids loved it their own beach outside is how they seen it and didn’t want to leave xx breakfast and Dympna and Eric were fabulous hosts !! Kids were well taken care of with yummy pancakes freshly made !!

This is a fabulous b&b, hosts were lovely & welcoming . Breakfast was excellent ,tea & coffee available in common area which has an excellent view of the beach. Rooms spacious & clean.Family of 2 adults & 1 child.
