Great location for Moycullen, Oughterard, Connemara. Really comfortable, modern and spacious, with everything we needed.

My biggest disappointment was that this house had no WiFi. In fairness, when I went back and checked there was no WiFi listed on the list of features, but in this day and age one almost assumes WiFi. Without WiFi I cannot give this place a great rating even though the house and host were excellent.

Large and spacious house with well equipped kitchen and large upstairs bedrooms. Great parking for drivers. Nice outdoor sitting area. Host was very responsive and supplied us with a good collection of food for breakfast and snacks. Location is good base for exploring Galway and the Connemara peninsula.

The guys hit their heads on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom a few times. No wash cloths. No directions as to how to use the washing machine. No wifi, I can't remember if that was mentioned at booking.

We had our own private space. Parking was protected, inside the gate. The host left us some nice items for breakfast and snacks. Coffee and tea was provided along with milk and juice. The host, Eileen, was a wonderful lady and we really enjoyed her. We had nice recommendations for dinner spots in Oughterard from her. The room sizes were large and the communal space was comfortable. There was an outside table and chairs but the weather didn't allow for usage of it.

What can I say phenomenal from start to finish!!! Communication from the host was excellent even prior to booking, and I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. The property is amazing and exceptional, clean and well-appointed. Ground floor open-plan sitting room, dining room, and kitchen with WC facilities. Upstairs a bathroom and two bedrooms. The quality of the furnishings, even down to the duvet and towels, was fantastic. The host had provided lovely touches, including chocolates, scones, and enough provisions for tea and coffee, which was so welcome after a long drive. There were enough provisions provided to have a fantastic breakfast, including cheese, eggs, musli, and orange juice. A lovely outside area to have you coffee was also available with secure parking onsite. In terms of location, it was only a 5 min drive from Ougterhaurd, an amazing and very friendly town on the shores of Lough Corrib with boat tours during high season, lots of restaurants and shops. Close to the beautiful mountains, including Mweelrea , the Maunturks, and the 12 Ben's. About 25 mins drive to Galway with the property located directly on the bus route to Galway. The tranquillity of the area was absolutely breathtaking!!

No complaints whatsoever

Superb accomodation. The host was very kind. The bottle of wine and snacks were kind addition. Location is great for exploring other parts of Connemara.

A clean and comfortable house with all the necessary appliances (we used a stove, oven, kettle), good bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly and hospitable hosts. There were food items for breakfast in the house.

Wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy it.

The house is close to Oughterard and we found the area to be very quiet and peaceful. The accommodation itself is finished to a very high standard, it is very clean and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking a good meal. Host Eileen was so nice; she included lovely touches such as providing treats, snacks, and breakfast. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little bit of quiet luxury.

The location was perfect and the host gave clear instructions for directions to cottage and the key and electronic gate. The host left a lovely welcome pack for us was very patient with giving me instructions for payment.
