Honestly nothing. It exceeded our expectations on every level.

This was a highlight in my trip through Ireland. Charlene was an incredibly accommodating and welcoming hostess. She made last minute changes to our room needs, cooked us an incredible breakfast (best Irish pancakes), and was available to help any time we needed her. The property was charming, clean, and spacious. I had the best sleep I had had since my arrival in Ireland. Stay here - you won't be disappointed.

Large bed in the family room is a little soft, and we had a bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower.

I highly recommend staying here for a visit to Kilkenny. Charlene was the kindest B&B host. She was so welcoming and helpful. She also accommodated a vegan breakfast for me, I just let her know when I made the booking. 10/10.

Nothing! Reminder, the electric shower takes a minute to level its temperature out (they all do). Scalding hot then freezing cold, but once it figures itself out, it stays perfectly regulated and warm.

Clean, comfortable, and everything I needed close by! Walking distance to town, where you can wander for hours! Great food and shopping. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices! Was greated and bid farewell like a dear friend. Truly enjoyed my stay!

The property was a short walk from the city center/attractions. Great price considering it’s so close to the tourist attractions in Kilkenny. The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable on local restaurants and things to do. Her breakfast was also delicious! My husband and I hope to return to her B&B when we come back to Ireland.

Make sure you find out how the shower works; we weren't able to figure it out. We probably misunderstood the directions for breakfast. It was 8 to 10 but was locked when we came down; perhaps from 8 to 10 but you have to be there by nine?

Quite a walk to town. Saying that , we found parking in town a short walk from the sights. All good .
