Josephine was a wonderful, generous host. Communication was very prompt and she was very accommodating with an early check in and late check out. Very spacious, clean house and location was excellent, only a few mins drive to Spanish Point beach.

Poor water pressure in shower in upstairs bathroom. Extension lead required for hair dryer in order to see in mirror as plug too far away.

Spacious property in a quiet location. Host left a welcoming gift of wine, flowers, and crisps, which was very thoughtful. Property very clean and toiletries/cleaning products were provided. Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need for your stay.

House was spacious , very clean, had all amenities you could need. Local taxi numbers too. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Even went out of their way to send back rosary beads we forgotten. Comfortable beds. Would stay again

Lovely property not far from Spanish Point and the town of Miltown Malbay, great location for exploring Clare. House was warm, cosy and ideal for a large family/group of friends. Host was easy to contact at all times and even left food and wine for us on arrival.

That we had to come home

The house was perfect for me and my family of 8 adults . Cosy , comfortable, loads of space ,3 bathroom/shower, great conservatory. Fully functional kitchen., big comfortable living room . Extremely comfortable beds . Gifts on arrival and loads of kitchen staples . Bathrooms were fully stocked with all the things you might forget .... absolutely fantastic place . We also would like to mention the lovely Lady who was messaging us , offered us early check in and late check out . Also easy check in and out . Thank you for a lovely stay

The roads do not allow for easy walking to the beach or town due to narrow roads.

The location for day trips along the Wild Atlantic Way was perfect. Our host greeted us upon arrival, and gave a tour of the immediate community.

Great space with plenty of room for us all. Well located just outside of Milltown Malbay. And minutes from the beach in Spanish Point. Really clean, well stocked property.

Nothing it was perfect.

The area was beautiful with a sea view from the house. The facilities were just what we needed. We were a family of 10 and it suited us down to the ground. Owners were readily available if questions needed answering. A very short distance to the town and everything was on your doorstep.will definatley return.

It is 2 km from beach, pubs, restaurants, closest town and shops and cannot just walk as it is dangerous here in Ireland, no pavement, no space, all to do by car. Lack of outside grill/barbecue. Dear owners pls do not forget to check the tap of hot water ;)

It is really nice house! Plenty of room and rooms, 2 king size beds, fully equipped kitchen, a lot of chairs and sofas to spend time with friends. Heating is very efficient. Enough space for 10 adults.

Everything was super! Yes there are a few corners of the house that could do with a bit of a spruce up (for example it looks like there was a bad leak previously in the ensuite bathroom and the floor is quite warped) but it was clean and comfortable and everything we could have wanted!

Lovely holiday home. Very spacious with comfortable beds. The host Josephine left us a lovely welcome pack for our arrival which we were all delighted with! The house has a large sitting room and a lovely conservatory just off the kitchen for sitting and relaxing in. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, pots etc and also all cleaning products/dishwasher tabs etc. Likewise there is shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms which is a nice touch should you need it. The host also posted some items back that one of the kid left behind-a lovely gesture which was very much appreciated! All in all a great stay, with a wonderful host in a gorgeous part of the county. We hope to be back!!

A home away from home. From the moment of booking to the stay, the communication from Josephine was excellent. The house is massive, there were 10 of us and there was a corner in the house for everyone!!! We were attending a wedding in the Armada hotel, and it is literally a 4 minute drive. We had absolutely everything in the house we needed, along with the Easter eggs, wine and flowers, crisps and sweets all left complimentary. There is nothing we could fault. We will definitely be back again!
