The office wasn't always open during office hours, and I couldn't tell who was a guest and who was staff. We didn't get towels in our room, and I tried several times to get some, but the office door was closed. Also, the mattress was terribly lumpy and uncomfortable, making for a rough night of sleep.

The unique decor and layout with welcoming staff was nice, and location close to the train station was convenient. Liked the casual make-your-own breakfast and great showers spaces.

While other rooms looked cute, ours faced the main road with only one window. Noise from road meant we had to close window making small room stuffy. Rooms not facing Main Street would be really nice

Friendly and cleanly and location location. if you want a bed for your head, this hostel is perfect. Great access to town and bus and train stations. Perfect for gig or group night out.

Dormatory was overcrowded and dated and unusual odour. No privacy as no curtain on the bunk. Although every effort was put into trying to keep dormatory as clean as possible.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the private room was spacious and clean. Tea and coffee available at all times and everyone willing to share and help prepare food for each other.

Had to go looking for a hair dryer from staff (wasn’t in room, even though room info says it should be). Was first given one with an EU plug instead of UK plug. Had to go searching again. Didn’t receive enough towels in room either, nor was there soap in shower (usually is). Minor details.

Bed is very comfortable. This is my 3rd stay here and in this specific room, I really enjoy it.

The breakfast is really simple and we decided to skip it.

It was easy to find and to get to with a direct bus from the airport, with a busstop conveniently located in front of the hotel. The room with a private bathroom has a bit lower ceiling, so watch out taller people. The room was clean, the shower was simple, but strong and it was quiet at night, even though it is a hostel and located next to the busy road.

Everything is rather old, but functional. Bed was not that comfortable.

There was no soap. Parking was an issue. The receptionist helped out all she could but we finally found a a parking spot at the next set of lights. It was free from 5pm until 8.30 the following morning. Breakfast is at 8am whereas we would prefer 7.30am.

The room was spacious, with seating for both of us. However the floor was creaky and whoever was in the room above us took a long while to settle but eventually got a good night”s sleep. There is Dunnes Supermarket just up the road. Breakfast was ok.

I guess there was an error with a credit card payment. They let us check in first, and later, they wanted to solve the problem. It was a very customer oriented mind. I like their way of treating guest.

Breakfast is provided but it is minimal which is what I did expect being a hostel. To get to the kitchen and lounge, there is an outside walkway - cold and wet.

We had booked the private large room so were very comfortable with heaps of space and a private bathroom. We hired a car for the day and the Enterprise Rental company was literally next door so that was super convenient. We needed some clothes washed and they attended to that for us very quickly (although they did come out still a bit wet so just check when you pick it up). A lovely cosy lounge to hang out in,
