Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe would have preferred some net curtains or blinds on our windows for a little more privacy as our room faced the station and has a bus stop right in front of the room. There were very nice curtains for the night time but once we opened them for day light we felt that we had no privacy. The furniture and carpets and showers seemed a bit worn and tired although perfectly functionable. .
Being right opposite Kent railway station where there are bus stops and taxis. This was great for us as we did not want to hire a car to get about. Also the Cork City centre was only a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Staff were friendly , helpful and welcoming. It's only about half an hour away from Cork airport by car ir taxi which is very convenient. The rooms were basic but, clean and confortable.

United KingdomThe only water available was from toilet tap, be better if a sink was available in the room to aid the tea and coffee facilities. Windows didn't shut properly and outside pub light left on all night so quite bright in the room.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. You are paying for location, can't beat being right beside train station. Room was clean.

United StatesListed as a bed and breakfast, but there isn’t a kitchen or common area to access (behind a locked door for staff). Everything was locked and no one on site except for limited hours in the evening. The shower was very little water pressure, takes a bit to warm up but then it’s fine.
Loved the views and our room was spacious! Bedding was warm and enough towels were provided.
