Great Hotel in center of town. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Room size was good and generally up to date. Staff were all very helpful.

No major problems. Bathroom needs clothes hooks and a small stool.

A beautiful hotel in Donegal . The breakfast is stunning & lots of choice . We had dinner one evening too and it was delicious 😋 In the heart of the town so you can walk around everywhere

Only one thing was that our room was over the courtyard so it was too noisy for us so next time we will get a room located somewhere else

The staff, location, the food. Had some issues but these were addressed very quickly

The room was described as a suite, but it was not actually a suite it was a large room with one chair.

The main bar wasn't open during my stay - annoying. The car park has no marked out spaces and the very rough hard core shot upwards and outwards on driving. The basin in the room's bathroom was ridiculously small and fixed very low. The bathroom was an accessible wet room (not requested) which explains the hand basin position but it was sooo tiny, it was impossible to even fill the kettle.

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival at the newly renovated hotel. Everything about was 1st class. We loved the courtyard with bakery and pizza combined. The food was delicious and the staff couldn't do enough for us.. Perfect location 👍❤️

We would have liked a little bit of music in the evening on the Sunday night but we found some close by

Location , suite was spacious and the bathroom big and beautiful. felt luxurious.

The breakfast could have been better ie quality of food . pancakes were not home made , eggs poor quality . second morning we ate in the bakery much nicer coffee and pastries.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was spotless as was everywhere in the hotel. Air con was great on such a hot day. Breakfast was very tasty and enormous! Couldn't fault the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Clean bathroom, very decent room, in the restaurant I was served another dish than I ordered but it tasted very nice.

A strange way too bright green light on the ceiling kept me awake nearly all night. I’m willing to oversee a lot of errors but not being able to sleep is not passable. There must be something wrong with the electrics too as the lights were flickering all the time.
