Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandAn incredible place with even more incredible hosts! 🥰 From the very first moment you feel like a truly welcome guest. The cabin is cozy and beautifully designed, with a stunning view — everything is made with soul and great attention to detail. There is a wonderful sense of connection with nature and full privacy, while at the same time everything is modern and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was beyond praise — beautiful, fresh and delicious. And the cheese plate from William was such a thoughtful and lovely touch, it felt like a true compliment from the house. This was one of those stays that leave the warmest memories, and it’s definitely a place I would love to return to. 💛

We loved the beautiful location of the pod overlooking the bay. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful and delivered amazing breakfast hampers to our pod each morning as well as homemade desertion cheeseboard in the evenings. All the little touches were wonderful.

The Bee pods are truly the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The beach hut was clean cosy compact but with everything you could ask for. The pods are all private. The views are stunning. Siobhan and william are lovely hosts nothing is too much trouble. Complimentary breakfast and a sweet treat in the evening just add to the perfection of our stay. We are already planning a return visit. Couldn't recommend the Bee Pods rossnowlagh enough

IrelandThere was nothing to dislike at the Bee Pods, such a homely experience. The atmosphere and its surroundings really allow you to unwind and relax.
Everything about the Bee Pods was brilliant from start to finish. We stayed there for 3nights. The hosts Siobhan and William were so professional and so down to earth. The breakfast each morning was dropped to our pod and in the evening you received either a desert or a cheese board, which was all prepared fresh each day. There is also a sea weed baths on site which made our stay even more luxurious. The Bee Pods are a little slice of heaven in a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and experience what The Bed Pods offer.

IrelandBeautiful area. Host was very nice and easy to talk to. The extra little things such as a torch for late night walks, a small brekfast in the morning and a small desert in the evening were all but a bonus to just how beautiful the place was to stay. As me and my girlfriend stayed for the rally weekend, we didn't really get to expirence the tranquillity and beauty of Rossnoulagh for a long period, but even our short stay left us wanting more. Will deffinitly be staying here again, but this time will be staying in the bee pods as a break away, and not just a resting place for the rally.

IrelandNo complaints - only some spare supplies such as bin bags etc. would have been useful as we stayed for 3 nights
Siobhan was extremely welcoming and was able to accommodate our arrival time with no issues. Easy handover and a lovely little tour of the property and the grounds on our arrival.

IrelandThere is NOTHING that we didn't like. It was like a little piece of heaven.
We spent two nights at The Bee Pods as part of our 2 weeks touring Donegal and The Bee Pods was by far the BEST place we stayed. Siobhan and William go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. William was so kind as to give us a lift to a local restaurant we had booked one evening. Siobhan provides a home baked dessert each evening and a fabulous healthy breakfast each morning delivered to your pod. Anything you might want to bring on a short stay away is provided for you, including throws, VOYA toiletries, books etc., The pods are so well equipped there is nothing you will be stuck for. The weather wasn't the best during our stay but we lit the fire and it was just so cosy and romantic. Around the bee pods grounds are some lovely relaxing walks and some beautiful places to curl up with a good book and amazing scenery. Oh and don't forget to visit the two little goats. I cannot rate The Bee Pods highly enough and will definitely be booking again. Thank you Siobhan and William
