We were unable to work out the cooling for the room, but we did have a small table fan that was helpful.

Large comfortable bed, great shower pressure and large bathroom. Accomodation was walking distance to the Main Street. Nice and quiet accomodation. Love the access to tea/coffee machine during the day, really lovely touch.

Super location close to the center of town. Clean and perfect for what we needed for a weekend base. Friendly and brief arrival. Lovely coffee and water/pastry facilities for the morning. A gem and will definitely book again for this area. Thank you

Beautiful room with comfortable bed and great shower. Centrally located. Very short walk to everything. Quiet location ensuring a good nights sleep. Excellent service with a special shout out to Monica! Ample parking.

Very friendly and informative reception. Clean rooms, well appointed. The breakfast provided (continental) was just right and very fresh - good coffee. Great location that was a short walk into the town centre, and quiet rooms. Good onsite parking.

Room was large and modern. Hotel throughout was clean and well maintained. The breakfast options were small but tasty and everything you needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking really easy.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable

The hotel’s location was prime. We had a great light breakfast and tea/coffee available all day. The staff was very friendly!

Temp was not high but it was raining on and off every day when we were there. We wish the air conditioning was enabled for us to run to take the humidity down when needed.

Everything was amazing! Staff were so nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. Bathroom spotless with warm shower. Light breakfast in the morning with delicious coffee. Great location. Parking lot attacked to hotel.

Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us, exceptionally clean. Ideal location for the main town. Would definitely visit again. We stayed for nearly a week and had a really lovely time. Nothing we would criticise, just two observations. Previous reviewers noted the lack of a lift. We were on the second floor and this was not an issue at all as David insisted on carrying our bags up for us. He had already asked for our expected arrival time so as to be sure to meet us. All staff were really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is a lovely continental selection which is more than enough for all. Be aware though, certain greedy people think they are entitled to stock up for lunch too so if you like bananas get there early :-)

Modern, clean, fresh,Hosts were lovely. The coffee machine was so good, available any time, snacks tea, biscuits and yoghurt etc in the public area and sink, very convenient. Lovely stay, its was a 7 min walk to a wedding we were attending in the town!

The warm welcome we received, the lovely people, spacious modern room, the pleasant kitchen/dining area and the excellent location. Just in a couple of minutes you can walk into the Main Street in Killarney. There’s so much to do around Killarney and it’s a fantastic base to go round the Ring of Kerry. Fantastic stay. We’d definitely recommend the Birches and will definitely be back
