Everyone was extremelly helpful and kind. The room was very clean, with cosy beds and the WiFi was fast. There was also a terrace from which you can see all of Maynooth and it's great to have your coffee in the morning.

I wouldn't change anything.

It was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. It is really close to the main street where all the bars and restaurants are.

The walls are really thin... There is no parking directly available and parking in the street is not easy there. Best option is the parking lot nearby but it's not free.

Breakfast was pretty basic but at this stage of our UK Holiday we have found getting any sort of breakfast at a moderate price is nearly impossible. The room was a little cramped but the bed was huge so overall we were very happy

The room was exceptional, clean and spacious. Shower was good.

All the staff were so incredibly lovely, accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. Everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the town. Everything was walking distance and we got great advice on what to check out from the staff.

The room only had an overhead light, a lamp would have been a great addition.

As a customer service representative myself I really appreciated the immediate responses to any queries I had on booking.com. Also the friendliness of the staff when I arrived was very welcoming and any time I passed through the reception area. The venue is absolutely spotless which is extremely impressive considering it’s a student building. It was also very affordable for me, a single traveller. It also gave me access to a kitchen, fridges and freezers which was beyond expectation.

Nothing comes to mind, the lifts were spotless, the bathrooms and rooms were spotless and the windows afforded excellent ventilation.

We booked a double room, but on arrival, Rebecca gave us a twin room, which we preferred. We were also able to check in early. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was warm clean comfortable and the shower was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect. It is in the center of Maynooth and closed to many stores including Tesco.

The online service is terrible. They never solve your problems if you ask questions online. The only way to make the progress is to repeatedly talk to them in person.

Fine room for one overnight!

Booked on Booking.com, the directions are appalling, wasted 40 mins trying to find the place. Rang the contact number provided six times, nobody answered 👎
