There are lot of noise in the night time from 9:00pm to 15:00 due to the nighclub which was located just below to the hotel.This was the greatest negative point as it spoiled our sleep time.But, the staff was really nice to change our room to the third floor which leads to really low noise and was able to sleep properly.

The hotel located in the City Center which leads to easy commute.The staff was really nice as they always there to hear our concerns and solve them as quickly as possible.The rooms are good but with very basic amenities.

If you are after a place to stay where there is no noise in the evening this is probably not the property for you, but with that said, the noise from the clubs below did not disturb our sleep/relaxation at all

The room we stayed in the bed was semi broken it seemed as there was a dip in the mattress, also the room had no air conditioning and the fan provided was no where near up to standard

We were on top floor and stairs would need some repair and attention. No lift so had to haul luggage upstairs. Carpet in room would need refreshed and replaced. It’s an old building and would benefit from some attention and updating to reflect the service and great location. It was noisy in the room but this was to be expected with its location on a busy city street. The price was over and above the quality of the room and again should be reviewed to reflect this.

Good location, room clean and had everything we needed- tea/coffee, iron and small, portable ironing board, clean towels, hairdryer and fan. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

I was double booked on there side due to booking.com freezing during the booking. I had only one booking no. The hotel had me down for two rooms. This was resolved with no isses. ID was required by myself as I booked but ID was also required by my partner. Lucky enough she had a photo of her ID, I hope that if she didn't happen to have a photo would we have been turned away.

It was easy to find. When trying to enter I was let in stright away. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and everything worked shower, TV etc.

Central heating on .The stairs .Windows only allowed open so far .could do with a mini fridge. Bottles of water be handy in the room .

I think they are honest on the website it's close to a busy bar , I could here music coming from the bar next store, I was prepared for that they note this , o feel this is a grand place for a night once you know what your going into the room is basic, does the job , great if it was hens or stags , much better then a hostel. I would stay again, but if your looking for luxury, this isn't the place , I stayed multiple times here.

It's one of the cheaper places to stay in dublin, and right in the heart of the city, staff were nice, shower was fine , the bed was comfortable.

We were in the middle of a heat wave but the room was even hotter during the night and I couldn't get the window open it's a pity they didn't have a fan for the room or easy to open windows

The hotel used pictures that was not the hotel to advertise its premises. The whole place is subsiding and stair cases are to one side and dangerous.

This is a place you take for the location. Small room. A bit old. No a/c (but there was a fan). Stairs. Location is central but the neighborhood is not the best.

There is a bar downstairs or next door. There was a truck loading empty beer legs one morning making a terrible racket. No one could sleep or rest with that noise.

The sidewalk appearance was very poor, but the room was clean. Very basic, though.

Parking arrangement could be better using discount for the one 5 minutes round the corner rather than the 20 minutes walk. Very noisy kerb side room as there is a bar and what seemed to be a taxi rank below the room.
