Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWhat I am going to say is only positive criticism, as I was a head waiter for two years, and my eye for detail is still with me. It is not good to wipe a table and push the crumbs to the floor. Maybe you'll need more training, but please do not terminate an employee's employment solely because of this.
I wasn't exactly the guest, but I was visiting my friend for a cocktail and breakfast. I want to express my highest satisfaction with all your staff. All were so outstandingly friendly and very helpful. The gentleman at the reception recommended a restaurant, and it was as good as he said. The gentleman, at breakfast, had the patience to explain why you do not serve oysters, which was very interesting to hear. My friend told me how much she really liked the small room she was in, and I had a look too. Again, the team we have met and spoken to, are truly outstanding, I cant express this enough.

United KingdomHanging space in room was on minimal side, but fine for 2-3 night mini break. Not great that hanging space was over the only mirror in the room so drying hair/checking appearance was somewhat challenging!! Still, a minor niggle as overall the hotel was top notch.

The only complaint is the windows are not very insulated, so we did hear lots of noise from the restaurant below. The restaurant incredible. Hands down the best breakfast we had our entire time in Ireland. And best coffee, which is a plus!! Lovely staff, kind and welcoming.

United KingdomIt’s hard to find a hotel that meets all your needs, this one comes very close. We are seasoned worldwide travelers and stayed in Intercontinental and Waldorf Hotels in Shanghai and Bangkok and while the room size may have been on the small side the level of service topped these larger hotels.
The standard of customer service and food quality was exceptional at breakfast and in Collin’s bar, choice was amazing and very reasonably priced. Reception staff were very helpful with good local knowledge
