The host and family were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, full Irish breakfast . The room was spotless and clean with a touch of modern shower. The location is beautiful just few minutes walk to a lake , value for money. I recommend the accommodation for families and group .

Whilst we did love the breakfast there weren't specific options for vegans but we booked quite late so we didn't give the owners a lot of time to prepare.

Very comfortable and clean room with everything you need. The couple were lovely and friendly and we enjoyed having breakfast with them and another couple who were also guests staying there. There was a lovely outlook from the bedroom window over the lake.

Waldo and Jirka were excellent hosts. So welcoming and informative. Jirka serves a wonderful farm style breakfast! The room had everything we wanted, wonderful shower, nice coffee stand with hot water, coffee and tea, stylish decor, chairs, table and a luxurious and super comfortable bed. The travel brochures and books were a nice touch.

The location was easy to get to and we were greeted at the gates by the hosts son who was friendly and welcoming. He showed us to our room and asked us about out breakfast preference which was fulfilled without trouble. The room itself was very clean and cosy. The following morning we went down for breakfast and had a chat with the hosts which was nice to do compared to a hotel where everything feels faceless. We always felt welcome for the duration of our stay and will hopefully be back in the near future.

I was disappointed to find out our hosts were leaving for work out of country and therefore we weren't able to see any of the animals.

The breakfast was excellent. Our hosts were very pleasant and actually sat down and ate breakfast with us. We had a wonderful conversation. Their dog and cat were close by. We were the only guests and we found our room to be quite comfortable.

Jirka and Waldo kindly offered to give my niece and I a lift from the station and made us feel at home from the start. The room is tastefully decorated, spacious and it has lots of nice touches. Beautiful view of the lake and a rocking armchair perfect for chilling out. Delicious breakfast and interesting conversation. Sharing that moment with them in the morning was very special. What a delight to see the very friendly farm animals interacting among them and with people! Unforgettable moments with them. We'll be back.

The property is very idyllic and quite. Just only 5 minutes walk to the next lake. One can reach the next City Roscommon by car about 10 minutes. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our adventure from Dublin to west of Ireland and back was this place a perfect overnight stay. The breakfast with the owner was very good. They are very friendly and helpful. The little farm with animals makes the stay more comfortable. The dog is very friendly and lovely. The room is very clean and comfortable. Always recommended!

Everything! Bedroom is very comfy and modern. The view for the lake is stunning. Hosts as super friendly and kind, felt like part of the family. Food is delicious and fresh and the animals are sooo friendly and really wanted to be pet. We loved it!

The quiet of the place, right next to the lake. The room and house were impeccable, but the best aspect of our stay was without a doubt our hosts, a very nice family that welcomed us with exceptional attention from the start and with whom we shared a great breakfast and an interesting conversation. We will definitely book again if we're on the area!
