Staff were wonderful very kind and helpful. Location good with brilliant pub (Botanic garden) nearby with great food & atmosphere. Our double room was tiny more like a single but ok for one night. Hotel had lovely little lounge and own restaurant which seemed quite lively. However breakfast a complete rip off and parking nearby very hard to find & at €6 for 3 hours really increased cost of visit.

Staff were courteous and helpful.

The room screens were dirty and not replaced in a long time. Place had no lift and had to grab the luggage’s two floors upstairs as there rooms in intermediate floors.

The common areas were beautiful. Staff was helpful.

Little further from public transportation than I had realized. Also, there wasn't an elevator.

Steps were difficult especially with suitcases.

The staff went above and beyond to assist me. I was very pleased with them.

wifi didn’t connect but the staff provided their personal hotspot for me.

Comfortable room

No facilities for tea or coffee till 4pm says all day snacks but after breakfast nothing available till after 4pm then everything is charged. Cannot even get water. For the amount they charge they could at least put a kettle in the rooms. Had a shower but wasn't able to open the shower door after as the handle is on the outside luckily I wasn't on my own so was able to call someone to open the shower door for me.

As a solo female traveler I loved this Hotel! The Location was Gorgeous, it felt very safe to walk around alone and see the beautiful neighbourhood and large church and grounds nearby! The Staff were very friendly and very helpful for my needs, answered my questions kindly and helped me very early in the morning to call a taxi! The room and bathroom were so clean and comfortable I loved the charm of it! The whole hotel was charming and clean and the lounge area was nice to sit in and relax in the evening and talk to some friendly locals! The bar was reasonably priced with nice staff and a great list of drinks! Overall it was a wonderful comfortable experience for the one night, I wish I had more days to stay! Thank you!

The Tv could have had a bit more channels to scroll through for more programs to choose from and better reception

The room was very basic, not much bigger than the bed. The bed was a little firm.

Very clean. We had a lovely lunch. It was close to Croke Park.

Comfy bed. Food was good. Breakfast was a bit limited but was freshly made and hot! Perfect location for croke park Will definitely be back.

Breakfast was a bit disorganised. Tables not cleaned after guests and was not set for us when sat down.

If you planning on going to Croke park it’s literally 15/20 mins walk, great bar and food available! Will definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They let us check in early. It's a small hotel. There is a restaurant and a bar at the hotel.

A room and bathroom are small. It was ok for one night stay.The location was ok, not walkable to the historic sites but 10 min to the train station and buses to the airport.
