Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyIt's an incredible luxurious hotel, perfect in every way. In the reception, in the SPA, the rooftop staff, the breakfast staff and the night portiers were all extremely kind and helpful. I love swimming and I chose this hotel ALSO for their incredible 23 mt indoor pool. Absolutely amazing. Thank you for the kindness, the chat and the tea after the swim!! The room was big and the bathroom huge. An extra star for the kindness to let us have breakfast earlier than 7 a.m. We needed to take an early bus to the airport and everybody was so kind and let us have a (delicious) breakfast before leaving. So, ok it's expensive but so, so worth it!! Thank you!

LOCATION The hotel is close enough to the center, train stations, and many restaurants. STAFF. The staff working at the hotel is very nice and welcoming, always ready to help you. ROOM. Our room was very spacious with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was very big as well, with a large shower. We had free wifi with a good speed. We really liked our stay in this hotel, and we really appreciated the small attention to the client (like the small chocolates in our room every evening)
