All was great!

Brand new accommodation in perfect location in Quin with attached pub on one side and coffee shop on the other. Across street from amazing friary and Knoppogue Castle with medieval banquet just down the road. Hosts were remarkably amiable and open to questions about the area.

Renovations happening at the cafe downstairs, so only a cold breakfast was available. Not a big deal and we were informed ahead of time, so all good. Also wish the pub was open on more than just weekends.

Lovely clean and modern rooms with a great selection of coffee’s and tea’s out in the hallway. Really easy to check in and out. The bar down below is lovely and the bar woman was lovely and showed us around. We would definitely stay here again.

couldn’t fault a thing!

We booked 4 rooms and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Communication with our host, Antonette, was excellent she really couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were spotless, beautifully finished to a high standard, and very comfortable. The key locker system made access quick and simple, which was a great touch. The location was ideal, right beside a lively pub and a lovely café, with plenty of local amenities nearby. Everything was perfect, we honestly couldn’t fault a thing!

The only thing I would suggest is a little tray to carry tea cups back to your room, i burnt myself a little as holding 2 cups amd then trying to open the fire door is a little tricky. But its not a big deal, its a suggestion only. As the place is absolutely amazing.

Rooms are newly decorated. And very nice. The pub does not cause any noise issue at all. It's done to a high standard and would highly recommend. I will be staying here every time im working nearby

It was all perfect. Just a minor note, if you have a very very very light sleep, the music from the pub can be heard a bit from room 3. It didn't bother us at all!

Amazing place, super nice room, lovely village. The room was comfortable, very clean and nice. You can have breakfast at the pantry downstairs. Free tea and coffee available. The small village is very nice. Just a few km from Shannon airport. Parking available on the street. In addition to the Monks pub downstairs, there is a nice tavern just after the bridge

There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow m. The walls are very thin and you can hear the other guests in their rooms.

It is very recently renovated and had everything close by for what we needed. Diana at The Monks Well was lovely and she really looked after us.

A bit of noise from pub below, but everyone went home eventually!

Ideal choice for adults who want a really peaceful sleep without children running up &down hotel corridors, or staff banging doors in the morning. Fabulously clean & comfortable spot!

Really loved it. Only thing I would have liked is a little tray to carry 2 cups back to room (i was worried about spilling it on their lovey new carpet, and i also burnt myself trying to get to the room with the pull door - i am very clumsy so it was my own fault 😁).

Rooms are very well done, high quality furniture, very comfy beds and pillows. Tea, coffee facilities are brilliant (outside room, but no hassle). The whole place is very nicely done. Very easy check in. Lovely little park across road and nice walk around the Abbey ruins. Would very highly recommend and would stay again. There was a pub next door, and while you could hear the music a little, the bedroom was so comfy I was out light a light and didn't find it too loud. I think this may be one of my favourite places to stay when working near Ennis.

We just stayed for one night, but definitely would book again. Cute coffee shop downstairs with good choices for breakfast. They do Lunch as well, and dinner on weekends.

The noise level made it very difficult to sleep and we had an early start to get to the airport the next day so it really did not suit. Maybe because it was a Saturday night and the pub next door was packed and had music. The room we stayed in was room two and the noise really penetrated.

Breakfast not offered but they did provide tea and coffee. Room was done to a very high standard and was spotless.
