The female receptionists were not so pleasant but Benjamin made up for the lack of enthusiasm. He was a breath of fresh air. He checked on me every hour or so in give him 💯 per cent. You are so lucky to have some caring staff on board.

Not too big. Cancer patient so manoeuvring is hard. There was no fridge in the room, but arrived next day. Delighted.

The walls between the rooms are not that thick, so we could hear the television at the neighbors. Breakfast was simple, but for us it was sufficient.

The rooms are very spacious, which is a big plus.

Rooms are a bit tired looking, but that didn't bother us as we were only staying for a night after hiking in Wicklow national park.

Noise from Kitchen Fan was very loud and disturbed sleep. Window needed to be kept open due to lack of air conditioning.

Receptionist was very kind to move us to the other side of the hotel into a big family room to give us space from the wedding. She also explained we would hear the kitchen fans but they didn’t bother us too much and appreciated being told in advance. We still heard the music unfortunately but perhaps because it was very hot and they had the doors and windows open. The music did finish up around midnight though so not too bad. TV was terrible, very few channels and completely lost the signal for the channels we would have been interested in. We didn’t go to watch telly but if we had kids it probably would have been a pain. Bulb gone in bedside lamp. We would have loved a couple of bottles of water in the fridge as it was an extremely hot day and no air con in the room but we got drinks from the bar. Minor details but as I have worked in hotels I perhaps am a bit more pedantic than others!

Very good 3 star hotel in perfect location for our need as we were visiting Wicklow Way Wines and we could walk the 15 minutes. All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Lunch in the bar was very good, prompt bar service, patio area was nice in the evening for drinks. All areas well kept and the bar is particularly nicely decorated. Air con in the Reception area was great. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Free parking and despite there being a wedding we still found a space.

Having the option of a toastie after hours is a great call. That is a very good service for people coming in late at night. And the toastie was very nice also.

I do love a bath, but the fill was very slow and not very warm. However, this is my only criticism.

Lovely hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean all round. As I didn't have a car, being beside the bus stop was ideal.

The staff thought it was a hardship to call you a taxi, oversea travelers can’t just call a taxi from their mobile as it’s a different area code. Really nice duty manager rectified this.

The car park was pretty unprepossessing. I wondered where I had come to because the building all around it were quite unattractive, but fortunately the view of the back of the hotel does not reflect the inside of the hotel itself, which is perfectly nice, clean and comfortable, with a very lively bar.

There was a very well populated bar attached to the hotel filled with what appeared to be very jolly locals and with live music playing. Having a good atmosphere like that makes eating alone a lot more enjoyable. The food (chowder and soda bread) was fantastic.

Arrived at the bar / restaurant at 1 minute past 9pm on the first evening and was advised the kitchen closes at 9pm, and the management would not accommodate us. Very frustrating...!!

Good hotel with good size rooms. Great breakfast you will certainly no go hungry if you stay here. Staff very helpful and attentive. Live music in the bar on Friday and Saturday creates a good atmosphere.

The doors to the rooms slam loudly and they kept waking us up. The back of the building also leads to a large industrial extractor that makes quite a lot of noise.

Very disappointed the way rick just shut up the bar at 11.35 and it's 12.30 closing on Saturday nite. And no music on Sunday nite.🤔
