Nothing! We would visit again and have zero complaints!

The facilities and the size - it’s hard travelling as a family of 6 and this was so perfect in every way for us all. So much was already provided which we wouldn’t have expected such as washing tablets and spare toothbrushes! The rooms were actually very big and space for us and all our luggage and more, usually photos make it look bigger but is smaller on arrival. They even had games and boxes of Lego to keep the kids amused for ages!

The accommodation was fab great space for 2 adults and 4 kids! Andrea gave great directions and how to get in very easy access it and coming from emeraldpark its only 18mins very handy! Hot water for showers with plenty of towels hair supplies and shower gel! Kitchen had plenty of equipment lovely clean and modern there was tea coffee water milk and even fresh croissants left for our arrival! Lovely outdoor seating area also! We couldn't have been happier

Honestly no complaints at all.

Beautiful setting, everything you could need on site. Pictures can't do the Secret Lodge justice, it's quiet, secluded, very convenient to everything nearby. There were croissants and pain au Chocolat waiting for us on the counter!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and very spacious. The area was quiet/peaceful. The croissants on arrival were a nice touch. There was an information booklet/folder provided. The Sauna and gas BBQ: both worked perfectly.

Great stay at the secret lodge. Modern, clean & comfortable home. Stayed here with partner & two kids while attending Emerald Park- good location, about 10minute drive. Hosts were great, responsive to any messages/questions. Hopefully get back with kids soon.

The lodge had everything that you need, cozy home comforts too. A short walk to the town , in a lovely quiet location. Thank you Andrea & Eddie for the bread, water, butter & milk...such a lovely simple gesture that was very much appreciated!

Very peaceful location, very well equipped and all the mod cons you need. Good location with easy access to motorways. I also loved the fact it’s dog friendly as I usually take my jack russell on work trips for company.

What an absolutely beautiful spot right in the heart of ashbourne!! Great value for money, so spacious, clean, modern, and a great location, too! It's located 15 minutes from the Airport & 10 minutes from Emerald Park. The home itself is beautiful. It was equipped with all the items we needed to have a really comfortable night's stay! The house is completely spotless. Big comfortable beds and the rooms are really spacious, which was really nice! Large open plan kitchen/ sitting room with big tv and nice comfortable sofa! The best part for us was definitely SAUNA 😍😍 My wife and I had such an amazing stay and felt it was only right to leave a review. The host Andrea was lovely and made everything really simple, and also told us about a lovely restaurant in the village just 5 minutes walk away, which was great! All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! 5 stars!

Honestly I couldn’t fault it, Highly recommend. If being very picky I’d say a gate to be able to Fully enclose the lodge area would be a helpful as we had a very young toddler with us, however from the garden and the open plan kitchen/living space we could See at all times. It didn’t spoil our visit or put us off wanting to return.

The Lodge itself is beautiful, spacious. Excellent facilities for groups with plenty of space for all. The kitchen and open plan living space is stunning. The garden and seating area/pergola was perfect and safe for the kids to enjoy, relaxing to sit down to enjoy the outdoors, bbq or have a few drinks. The location in Ashbourne is perfect- a short walk away from anything you might want or need. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming and kind.

We ran out of hot water after 4 showers. We didn't find out about boosting the water heater until the next morning so my husband and youngest daughter didn't get to take showers the first night. Also the dryer does not dry clothes. I followed the directions on the door by the dryer but it did not work. There were food crumbs on the rug in the living room left over from the previous guests.

The house had plenty of room for my family of 6 and the beds were comfortable. The location was great. Close to Dublin and great restaurant choices very close to the house.
