The location was great, comfortable bed, spacious room.

Felt it was more an overpriced Air B+B than a hotel, was not aware that it was self check in until a day before check in so no staff present. The rooms and the restaurant are not connected so no option for breakfast as it wasn't open in the morning. The photos advertised would give the impression that it's all the same facility which is not the case. Carpet in the room c ould also do with a deep clean.

There were no staff in this hotel and the front didn't lock at night.

It had a proper disabled toilet with the support rails,and was spotless.

No human in reception. I had no signal and hadn't got the instructions for getting into the building. If one of the young ladies from the restaurant hadn't been so helpful I don't know how we would have managed. No breakfast provided but the place recommended was excellent.

Location is good

Kept awake all night by a constantly running toilet. Window was broken. Tiny room. Ridiculously tiny bath. Expensive for what it was.

Relaxing place to stay. Straightforward check in.

The property was lovely and modern. It was located right by the water and the views were beautiful. The communication from the hotel was excellent and easy to follow. A great stay!

No staff, no lounge, no service, no chairs anywhere, bogwater in toilet, severely-overpriced self-service, misrepresented as a hotel

No staff, although we had no issues it is always nice to have a meet and greet.

Everything except water pressure system for shower was not good

- Very hand location for Rathmullan with a large car park - Easy check-in process - Fairly comfy bed - Private

- The towel radiator wouldn’t turn off causing the bathroom to become a sauna - Dirty marks all over the carpet - Very bright lights right outside window of room 104 so better curtains/blinds would be beneficial - Lack of breakfast was inconvenient

The bath was comical and the carpets were dirty. It’s very dated. No one to speak to. Shower run hot then cold constantly.

No breakfast- this should have been on your website- I only became aware of this after I booked. Had I known I would have just booked a B&B. I had to drive to Milford to get food - as nowhere open in Rathmullan. No Bar at night- closed with restaurant. TV in room did not work. Did not meet any staff whatsoever. To pay 145 euro for a room only I feel was a little bit of a rip off to be honest

The location was excellent and easy walking around the area.

Found the check in a bit frustrating and having no one on desk didn’t help. We were travelling with Family all adults and it would be nice if there was a lounge area that we could have all been together to share a beverage. The rooms due to size prevented that.

Beautiful location

No staff available. Check in only with key pad. Carpet filthy. No opportunity to have breakfast. Shower ran from scalding hot to freezing cold throughout.

After checking if breakfast was available we were told yes breakfast available was told lies later denied after telephone conversation And was told bed and breakfast was included in the price
