Toddys cottage is like something out of a storybook ,it's just picture postcard beautiful and charming, every delicate feature and detail has been beautifully restored and maintained to make this stay a blissful stay of relaxation ,we fell in love with the place the moment we walked in the door Beds were so comfortable and everything was on hand in the kitchen,the grounds are also impeccable in their presentation,the entire property really is flawless and we absolutely intend to stay again in the future Aishling is a wonderfully attentive and courteous host ,she understands what hospitality means to those seeking peaceful surroundings and a traditional accomodation experience Book Toddys today.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps a grab rail in the shower might be a good addition and a mini freezer in the cottage would be handy.

Where do I begin? It is the most beautiful spacious cottage. The decor and charm is amazing 🤩 So much love and effort has obviously been put into making it so cosy and welcoming. Ashley was brilliant. She ordered us transport and checking in and out was a breeze. Our dog enjoyed exploring the lovely garden. Lots of seating outside and we took full advantage dining alfresco.

Perhaps just to be able to set the heating on a timer as we were out during the day and back late in the evening, it certainly wouldn’t deter us from staying as we have been many times but unfortunately the Irish climate can let us down ☔️.

Nothing we didn’t like really. Only thing I would change is that the beds could be a bit more comfortable but that’s a minor detail. It was exactly the quiet break we needed. Local town not far away and has everything you need.

Lovely quiet and peaceful place to stay, the log fire is brilliant and having a coffee outside while enjoying the lambs and sheep run around really made our mornings.

Beautiful traditional Irish cottage with a homely feel to it. Cottage was very charming and spotless. Even had supplies for the breakfast left out. The host was a pleasure to deal with, hopefully be back again in the near future.

This is my third time staying at Toddys Cottage and would highly recommend to anyone! This wee gem is the best getaway you can ask for! Cozy cottage vibes with everything you need. Everything- great location, facilities within 5 minute drive including shop, pub, tea rooms and ice cream parlour. Comfortable and cottage is well equipped. Warm, great shower and lovely log burner in lounge if you need it. Nice outside seating area with barbecue, lots of great space. Great week spent at the cottage.

Toddys cottage has a charming old style Irish exterior which belies the very high level of equipment inside. I was fortunate in that the weather was very good when I stayed so I was out most of the time but I've no doubt that had I been stuck inside I would have been more than comfortable. Aishling is very attentive without going overboard and had very useful suggestions on ways to enhance my visit to Cavan. And Toddys is pet friendly! Overall a very enjoyable visit.

Warm, cosy and finished to a high standard. Everything you needed for a few days to relax away from the city. The welcome basket was a lovely touch.

We were looking for a cosy hideaway in the countryside and Toddys was the perfect place. Couldn't have asked for more. Lovely little extras like eggs, milk and orange juice, books to read, a real fire, comfy beds and good WiFi for the kids, who loved the place too. And we could bring our little dog. Aisling was good enough to recommend places to eat that were pet friendly. Can't wait to get back there.
