Nothing, everything was perfect - even down to the fluffy towels!

Lisa was so helpful and made us feel so welcome - and even had milk in the fridge for us. Central location and plenty of places to eat nearby. The keys were conveniently left for collection in a lockbox and the place was absolutely immaculate!! So cozy and comfortable - 10/10 review!!

I can’t think of anything to complain about. It suited us for our short visit and everything was fine.

We liked everything about the property. The location was good for us, the house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I was a bit worried it would be noisy given the town centre location but it wasn’t noisy at all! Quite the opposite.

We have stayed at this property before so we knew what to expect. It is very clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, saucepans etc. The best bit is the log burning stove which belts out such heat. So comfortable to relax each evening in front of a wood burning stove! The bathroom is large. The shower is also large with plenty of hot water. Nice fresh clean towels too. Useful storage room upstairs. Central location in Birr.

I have zero complaints

Our stay at this property was fantastic . The modern design to the property and the space in the property was fantastic . The host Lisa was extremely informative and always quick to respond to any queries . The beds are some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in . The heating was on and the property was very cosy with the fire prepared upon arrival . The location was brillant with everything at our door stop . The property is kitted out with everything you may need for cooking and cleaning . I have zero complaints and would love to return to this property in the near future .

Bathroom door lock was a little stiff and difficult to operate.

The property was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. It was bigger than we expected - like a Tardis! Warm and cozy inside. It had a useful shelved storage room upstairs. Being on a street with pubs, shops and takeaway food outlets, it was surprisingly quiet. No traffic noise at all. We will definitely be back.

Bedrooms small with nowhere to lay anything. Lack of surface area in bathroom. Shower tray very slippy. No T.V. channels but had Netflix.

Clean and bright with modern decor and a lovely stove ready to be lit. Well equipped kitchen with matching crockery. Milk and bottled water in fridge with treat bars in air tight jar with tea bags,coffee and sugar also supplied. Nice courtyard with garden furniture at the rear.

Very cold when we arrived with no info about heating. Tho host did msg later in the evening about the heating. Bedrooms small with nowhere to put anything. Need a few shelves or hooks.

The fire, with kindling, firefighters and wood ready. Milk in the fridge so we could have a cup of tea when we arrived. Good quality crockery and cutlery. My female friend was impressed that make- up towels and things were in the bathroom , showed thought and a feminine touch. It is right on the street , but quiet at night and in the morning. A free car parking is a couple of minutes walk away.
