We arrived after long day of traveling and found ourselves in the ridiculously hot apartment: heating were left on, windows closed, so we supposed to switch the heating off,open windows and leave the place to let it cool down. Bed was clean, its a double bed, not king size. shower was clean as well, but the whole place needed a good dusting off. Also we couldn't have access to WiFi. To my query on that matter the host answered that there should be a welcome letter with the password. Which wasn't there and after that I didn't receive any answer.yeah, why should I?- rent is paid ,just couple of hours left to spent there, who cares...

We did really like the location of the apartment, as its in the town center. Good instructions were given how to find it and very nice welcome message has been sent prior to arrival.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a view from the apartment. Perhaps an electronic blind for the skylight might be a helpful addition for some.

Location was brilliant. It's in the centre of the town and close to everything. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and both my husband and I had the best night's sleep that we ever had. Even though it is in a central location, it is very peaceful without noise from outside.

General cleanliness very poor, a snail was on the wall behind the living room door and another on the ceiling of the kitchen area, cobwebs on the windows of kitchen area, wall fan vents in the bathroom clogged with dirt, mould along the bottom of walls of shower, dirt/rust around shower plughole, no information booklet in the rooms about anything especially fire exit which had no key to get through in event of emergency. The walls and skirting boards are scuffed and dirty. On arrival there were black bin bags and laundry bags lined along the entrance hall.Very disappointed especially as it was my most expensive accommodation through booking.com. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Up a lot of stairs and to back of property with minimal window views. A skylight in the bedroom over the bed with no blinds was very annoying waking us up in the early hours of the summer morning! Apartment kitchen was not cleaned properly, toilet seat was broken and vert unstable.

location was good and free street parking after 6pm to 9am.

The front door to the apartment (which held several units was often unlocked. The cleaning tools were left out in the hallway. There were no side tables next to the sofa or the bed. I didn't think or check to see if there was wifi or not as that is pretty standard these days (and totally my mistake) but I honestly would not have booked the apartment is I knew there was no wifi.

The location was great. The bed, TV, and the shower were nice.

The fireplace would flick on for just a second and then turn off. There could have been more kitchen roll. The TV wasn't the priority but it would have been nice to watch some local television. There were other accounts that forgot to log out of the Netflix etc.

Sleek modern design, huge television, extremely comfortable bed, perfectly clean. Dishes and cutlery. Beautiful electronic fire place for ambience. Candles. Amenities provided kettle toaster oven and even over head extractor fan working perfectly. Picture of Elvis Presley over the bed I found to be very tasteful and cool.

There was no blind on the skylight in bedroom which meant that you were woken by sunlight. The apartment had a modem for internet but this could only be used via the smart TV for streaming and not used for Wifi which seemed odd

Location was excellent right in the centre of town, nice size for a couple. Place was clean and at the back of the building so no street noise.

The kitchen is designed well with modern appliances although I I think a small microwave would be a nice addition for those leftovers !

The apartment size design and location was perfect Martha was a great help and Arthur was responded quickly to any concerns.
