Great location with excellent views of the mountains. House had all we needed. Annie was helpful in advice on local attractions and points of interest. The local town of Ardara is lovely and the people are very friendly.

The place was a bit tighter 2-3 adults or 2 adults with children is fine. The place was beautiful but unsure how to get access to the edge to the shore. Also the food is not served after 8pm at nearby pubs. But many other options available.

It was lovely of the host to leave milk and have the kitchen well equipped. She was very easy to contact as well. Very fast response via phone call. Everything was very clean. Beautiful location n viewpoint. Loved the well lit home.

While the property is solidly constructed it could be better maintained. For example, there are burn marks on the kitchen cupboards, some plaster is missing the bunk bedroom and the TV is rather dated (although functional). There is a rather eclectic collection of utensils and we missed a small cutting knife. We knew in advance that there would be no wifi, but for the price it really should be available.

The location: the apartment is situated less than 4km from Ardara, a lively village with stores and pubs. Also the beautiful Assaranca waterfall and Maghera beach are a short drive away. The host: we had good communication with Annie and she met us on arrival. The bed: it was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay so much, We don't have any complaints. We didn't get super cell phone reception at the location (which, can also be seen as a good thing be be disconnected). I had to take a couple business calls and download a document, which was a challenge. If Internet is available, that would be a nice add for some guests. Otherwise, perfect place to bring a book and enjoy!

The hosts were very responsive through the Bookings.com app. They are very friendly and attended immediately to our questions.

Couldn't walk to the beach. Decking needs replacing as child fell through it.

That we didn't stay longer!

The view from the accomodation was out of the world and an amazing start to the day. The apartment was compact and had everything we needed for our stay. A short drive from. Assaranca waterfall, relatively quiet location with a few neighbours. Beds were super comfy.

Double bed was very hard. Could do with a few sharp knives in the kitchen, there was nothing to cut bread, cheese, meat etc considering there was a cooker and oven. Apart from that, place is top notch!!

There was good communication with host and easy arrange our arrival. Owner meet us at house. There was tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge.

cutlery and cooking utensils had to be washed before using - out of date food in cupboard eg opened mustard BBE september 2022 - opened tartare sauce BBE august 2022 which makes you wonder when the kitchen cupboards were last cleaned!!! a george foreman grill was thick with grease and could not be used. The bath had such high sides and no grab handles and was dangerous to try and climb into to have a shower - one of our party was unable to shower all week. Also workmen working in the grounds 7 out of our 8 days which took away your privacy especially when walking by your bedroom window - unable to use bbq are because work being done in this area. Rubbish bins overflowing in garage and had to ask for these to be emptied.

the view was amazing - on entering the hall and lounge looked nice and the kitchen also looked nice until you opened the cupboards
