A lot of stairs and no lift. Room carpet needs cleaning as grubby. Mattress needs updating. Is on a through road so expect early traffic.

The location was excellent. Guinness was excellent. Breakfast was well cooked and presented. Thanks to Fran we were given a kettle and drink provisions which had been on our booking. She was very helpful thank you. Parking on the road

The main door to the bar needs oil.. very noisy on the Friday night with people staying in the rooms.. and talking outside the rooms but that’s out of the owners control.

    Breakfast was very good!

It’s not very clean and we found an empty bottle in a brown paper bag underneath the bed. We had to wait before the bar was open for breakfast.

The location and view of the bridge were great. Parking was just on the street. Breakfast was good.

Very small room but had the double and two single beds for family of 4. Just a bit tight but was ok for the price to be fair. A standard B&b but it was clean except for the odd stain in carpets. But again for the price we wer happy with our stay.

Good location and beautiful town near Westport castlebar and achill. Lovely staff

Filter coffee instead of instant would have been better. There was a smell of smoke in the stairwell and corridor coming from people smoking in the doorway of the pub downstairs. There should be a separate door into the accommodation to prevent the smoke from entering the stairwell. Alternatively there should be a different smoking area outside the back of the pub.

    Good breakfast. Perfect central location

Shower pressure could have been better and there where quite a few stairs to navigate with big bags.

We dined in the restaurant and the food was lovely.

It's a basic b&b, I got exactly what I expected. Matress could do with changing and carpet freshened up. Adding small things like hooks to hang up coat, towel racks and holders in bathroom, bin in bedroo, would be useful but overall very happy with a accommodation

Great location, excellent breakfast and staff were friendly.

Now it's not that I call these a negative but the rooms could do with a tidy up .. Curtain poles were unsecured and fell down when pulling over the curtains. Heavy blackout curtains were provided as room was facing the main street .but whoever measured the curtains can't really read a tape measure as they were at least 4 inches short of covering the window so light could easily invade the room .. pillow cases were torn and there was no house keeping per day was some indication of mould in the bathroom .. These can all be easily fixed .. As they were what I would call minor issues to rectify Would they stop me from returning . Hell no I'll be back again !!!

Ideally located in a nice area Very friendly and helpful staff. Menu limited but don't let that you off ..Food is very tasty and filling. Great value for money. Good hearthy breakfast and refills of coffee /Tea always offered Local knowledge of areas to visit are given .You cannot put a price on that . And after a hards days sightseeing around . You can be guaranteed a good meal and some nice pints . Locals are friendly so it's easy to engage in a chat and conversation with them . You can talk for hours and enjoy pints and the banter ++++ Bathroom had a shower only brilliant a cracking big one at that no trying to squeeze into a tiny box room to get one or climb over a bath
