I stayed at 12 different places during my trip to Ireland, including a castle, and this was definitely my favorite! Everything about this place is stunning yet comfortable. I would rate this with 20 stars if I could, and I would go out of my way to stay here again. I loved everything about it!

That's a big lovely house in a quiet place full of details with a nice decoration. The check-in was very easy and she sent us detailed videos about all the facilities in the house. We were impressed about all the details!

Firstly, a beautiful location - so close to the area Glengariff I was visiting. Secondly, my bedroom! Absolutely loved everything about it. Fantastic facilities, and just something for everyone.

This is a very unique place with a very special host. The location was perfect for our camino along the St Finbarr Way and conveniently poised in the village area close to the very handy local grocery store. The house is wonderfully decorated with art chosen by the inspired owner. The whole place has incredible style. The host herself is inspirational and super welcoming. Very much opened the home to us as if we were old family friends.

All perfect

Everything was simply gorgeous. We were lucky to have a room on the very top floor. The room was equipped with absolutely everything one could need, including a sofa, a bed with a standard duvet, a proper base, and a fantastic mattress. There was also a fridge located just beside the bed. The lighting was exceptionally well-organized. The huge bath beside the bed was truly the cherry on top. The towels were impeccably clean. A rack was provided for hanging clothes, and toiletries were readily available as well. The dining area offered coffee, tea, and cereals. It was a very quiet place. Wi-fi worked very well. There was plenty of parking available. The owners thoughtfully considered every guest's potential needs. We will certainly be returning.

Having to leave.

We needed a place to stay so that we could walk the two-day St. Finbarr's Walk. We found the site on Bookings.com and reached out to Noreen. She immediately responded. We followed her instructions and found the home. The location, home, and amenities exceeded our expectations. Since we were walking, she offered to let us use the laundry room to help us clean our clothes and told us to relax in the back garden. Another plus was having use of the kitchen where we cooked one evening.

The breakfast was absent! It was advertised as continental. In reality all that was available was small boxes if cereal, cows milk, and very basic tea/coffee. No herbal tea. No bread. No fruit. The room is large but basic. No TV. No toiletries. The location is far from bantry on poor roads. The entrance easy to miss.

The decor is bold and adventurous. The room was large.

Big very comfortable bed, plenty of towels and replacement towels, three relaxed social areas, blackout curtains in bedroom and peaceful setting, ample secure parking, short 10 to 15 minute drive to Bantry and 15 to 20 minute drive to Gougane Barra, everything you need in the kitchen and super clean. Also very clear check in instructions sent by text and videos👌 😀
