The host was friendly, welcoming, and informative. He was prepared with restaurant recommendations. He ensured we were comfortable. It was a very convenient walk from town and restaurants and pubs.

The water pressure was low for a shower.

Location was a short walk to food and entertainment. The host was very cordial and attentive.

I sleep with a medical device and there electrical outlets were few and not close to the bedside. The bathroom was quite tiny and the sink was difficult to get warm water due to the type of faucets.

Frank is a very kind host and informed about all the options in house. Close to the city center, only 5 minutes walk.

Everything! Frank is a lovely host and massively helped with restaurant recommendations in Killarney and even telling me the trick of sitting behind the driver on my bus tour of the Ring of Kerry. He was also very accommodating, with a space for guests to bring food in if they so wish. The rooms are spacious with tea and coffee facilities and a standard en-suite bathroom. I would highly recommend Windway House for a comfy nights sleep with good value for money for Killarney and a lovely host too!

Very comfortable room. Facilities in the property good. Host Frank was very friendly and informative about locality. Close to town centre and walking distance to national park. Ample parking for guests.

The owner couldn't be more helpful!! He gave us some excellent advice to improve the route we had planned for our travels.Location was just a short stroll from the centre.

The host Frank was most charming and very helpful.

Frank was a lovely host. We felt right at home and very comfortable. On the day of our checkout, we were going to store our luggage at the Windway House and go on a bus tour of the Ring of Kerry. However, Frank and his wife had to attend to a personal matter and could not guarantee they would be there to give us back our bags (which he said has never happened before). To make it up to us, Frank drove us with our bags into town in the morning so we could avoid a long rainy walk with our suitcases. We were able to store our bags on the tour bus, so it worked out. It was a nice gesture that we appreciated greatly!

Fantastic location for exploring Killarney town. Parking is available for ideal for those looking to explore beyond the town itself. Special mention to Frank, who was a gentleman.
