Our stay at Woodview House Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Mary welcomed us with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we felt right at home. Her deep knowledge of Irish history and culture made our conversations both engaging and enriching, and her local recommendations were spot-on—each suggestion added something special to our trip. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful—fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully considered, making it a truly memorable experience. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. If you're visiting the area, Woodview is a must. It has our highest recommendation!

The property was slightly secluded which had benefits but also made it a little far from dinner options, but well worth the short drive.

The rooms were very comfortable with thoughtful amenities like a pitcher of water and tea/coffee station, nice toiletries, and multiple seating options (a sofa and 2 nice chairs) in addition to a full bed and 2 twins.

Mary and Derry are both wonderful people and make you feel like family by the time you leave Very comfortable accommodations and away from the crowds but not too far. Better than we could have hoped for and only regret was it was a quick stay.

NOTHING..........everything exceeded our expectations!!

This was the first time we ever stayed in a B&B and it was wonderful!! The property was adorable and the owners were so lovely!! They made us feel like family and were so accommodating and welcoming!! We loved it!!

Gerry was a congenial host (Mary was out of town, so I didn't get to meet her until I returned later the next day to retrieve a forgotten item). I think I'll be supporting Cork in the finals.

We loved everything!

The host couple were amazing and very friendly. They invited us in to watch hurling with them on the Limerick & Cork match. My husband, new to Hurling, was asking them questions and they had no problem answering. Darry sung to us and played his guitar. Mary told us about their family travels and grandkids. The house was immaculate and the breakfast was delicious!

Outstanding hospitality - warm, welcoming & nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was a feast. Family room was large, comfortable, clearly anticipated guest needs. Felt like being part of the family - though with the option for as much privacy as desired. Best with own transport - though would be obvious from location/ reading reviews. We had such a lovely stay at this charming bed and breakfast with our family of three! The location was perfect — so easy to get to nearby attractions, yet tucked away just enough for a peaceful break. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights for us was how family-friendly the place is. There were plenty of toys and books to keep our little one happily entertained — in fact, our kid enjoyed the house so much they didn’t want to leave! Thank you for such a memorable and comfortable stay. We’d love to come back again!

Mary and Derry were lovely. The family room was very spacious. Great attention to detail, they noted the age of one of our kids and there was a paw patrol duvet cover on one of the beds, our son was very excited. Breakfast was basic but grand. Mary and Derry were very helpful and available for anything you needed.
