Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesParking was not part of hotel and was both costly and restrictive in terms of new charges for in/ out errands. But was a small price to pay for its excellent location.
Location at Ben Yehuda, value for money in terms of size of units, and managerial staff were extremely helpful Views were of Jerusalem's growth and spacious accommodations made for an exceptional stay.

United StatesI really liked it all - it is a little surprising that one is entering an older office building (with 24 hour guard at the door), then take the elevator up to the top floor with a boutique hotel, fully modernized with 2-story rooms and a staff that handles your every need.
Breakfast was great (choice of 3 restaurants - when the restaurants were closed very nice "buffet" of options brought to the room. The location is UNBELIEVABLE - at the top of Ben Yehuda Street. The view was INCREDIBLE. The rooms are huge.

PolandCan't complain about anything.
We had a wonderful stay at the 21st Floor apartment in Jerusalem. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Ben Yehuda Street and the Old City, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, with a direct line to the Old City skyline. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The service was also top-notch — responsive and helpful throughout. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again in the future!

United StatesThey charge per person, I booked the default two people booking.com lists without thinking about it, as it’s never an issue in the United States hotels but at check in had to pay for my kids, but they did set up extra beds for them so all in all it is what it is and it’s worth it still.
Great concept, they took the top floor of an office building centrally located in Jerusalem and made it into a hotel. The room was very big, private bedroom upstairs and down stairs had a kitchen and room to sleep my 3 kids. The parking is directly under the building, it’s minutes away from Mahneh Yahuda and a 25 minute walk to the Western Wall - all in all a great place to stay in Jerusalem with my family. The front desk person Oz was very nice and gave us some tips for our stay and the owner was also around and was a very nice gentleman.

United KingdomCan’t think of anything, no pool but we knew that before we came..and it’s on the 21st floor. The car park was a little iffy finding-watch out for bus lanes
Very comfortable with great views. But the staff were the best part - Yoel, Oz, and the others who I didn’t catch their names, made our stay problem free and were a great help to me with contacting the local authorities.

United StatesThere is no restraurant or lounge. It really is just a small place with a few rooms on the 21st Floor of an office building. I would have liked a place within the hotel, outside of the room to relax. Not a major deal.
I loved my stay at this hotel. It was very centrally located with lots of restaurants, bars, and markets within walking distance. Jaffa gate to Old City Jerusalem was a quick easy walk. The views of the city were spectacular. The kitchenette was great to have. This was the perfect place to accommodate a family at a reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here agin.

Situated near the central King George street, with shops and restaurants arOund the area. There are several bus stops adjacent to the hotel and the tram is 350 metres away. We purchased Rav cards and travelled on the buses on a number of occasions. The hotel is situated on the top floor of the building and has spectacular views over Jerusalem. The apartment was comfortable, with a microwave, hot plates, fridge and Netflix. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were spacious, air conditioning on both floors. Staff were extremely helpful and sent out a bag of washing for us, for a reasonable price of 90NIS.

Location is fabulous. Apart from the excellent views of the 21nd floor, the old center is really close (12-15 minute walk to Jaffa gate). Parking is good as well. Apartments are excellent, lots of space.

United StatesLOCATION is amazing. You are close to everything by a short walk...very short. You cannot beat the value either of the size of the apartment and location when traveling with a family. You have to know that its not a total hotel...its a bit more like an apartment but there is hotel ammenities like fresh towels everyday and they make your beds. But the amount of space you get is wayyyy better then a hotel if you are traveling with a larger family.
