Check in is from 3pm. But when I came at 3:30pm the room was not ready and I had to wait until they finish to clean it. The towels were not very clean. No coffee machine in the room. No hairdryer.

Location is great. Very close to jaffa street Nice building and appartment. Large appartement with 1 room and one living room.

The apartment did not offer any amenities. It was advertised to have a coffee machine, but there was none. Could have also used: tissues, instant coffee, paper cups and plates, garbage bags, washcloth.

If there is late check in are you forgot to make early check in and you arrive late you have to go and get the keys from a way of 10 minutes walk which is quite fast rating

In Jerusalem it's very difficult to find something so close to the center and so quite you can sleep as long as you want with out being disturbed from anything

The balcony was actually against a blank wall.

The location is superb. It’s close to everything. There is a very good supermarket close by and the tram is just down the street.

Next time we will chose a place with facilities (bar, commom room, breakfast). A regular hotel. But we knew this in advance.....

The location is perfect to explore the city. Realize this is not just a regular hotel, but they rent rooms only. So do not expect facilities. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. No parking, but paid parking within walking distance.

very tiny fridge and room was a lot smaller than the pictures shown online so it was a tight squeeze maneuvering around with luggage. On two nights I had to wear earplugs due to noise from outside on the street

I was disappointed that the bathtub drain was broken , although the shower worked well . But I really wanted a bath. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner maybe a 9 out of 10 and the outdoor porch had a bit of a dirty floor . But in general the room was very clean .

The room was really nice. The patio was great, to sit outside was nice and very quiet ! The black out curtains made it very dark and the room was a very comfortable size. Loved having the mini fridge . And the staff was very nice ! I enjoyed my stay ot was very quiet.

The hotel replies extremely slow to question . It is very difficult to get in touch on the numbers they give. Given the fact that there are.limited times thatbsomeone is at the reception, this should be improved

the check in process is dreadful for international travelers. if you arrive after 5pm it’s a real pain and takes ages to contact someone. we arrived after a long day of travel and it took nearly 40 mins to get into our rooms! we managed to get into the hotel lobby because other guests were entering the hotel. The hotel needs to text or email the information to access the rooms and room number and code at least 24 hours before we arrive. We had an amazing time in this wonderful city, but the check in was very stressful. The hotel is cute and it was close to great shops and amazing restaurants. The check in process has to change

Since I need to walk with two canes. it was a bit difficult to manage the stairs. a small elevator would have helped immensely. But I managed ok , needed help with the luggage on the stairs.

One of the guest was a disabled person using a wheelchair, the main entrance to the Hotel is located in an alley which is badly paved and obstructed by parking cars. and that challenged us every time we entered the Hotel The Shower foldable chair for disabled guests was held by undersized rusty screws, and it didn't withstood the load of a sitting average adult

Room was not very clean it was long dark human hair that didn't get cleaned for three days. No concierge service at night.

Location was great, close to old city, to Mamila mall,Yehuda market.

We had a lower floor room with a covered terrace which was quite dark. In the end, the weather was very mixed so we didn’t get a chance to use the terrace much.

The location, a short walk to Jaffa Gate and the old town was fabulous. We travelled over Passover so a lot of places were closed but there would have otherwise been lots of options to eat, drink and relax in the area. we also had the good luck of the Sherout transport stop back to Tel Aviv being right at the end of the road. Fadi, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating too. we felt very welcome and looked after.
