The seller cancelled the reservation calling me via whatsapp directly when I was on my way with 2 kids claiming that it was a problem with booking app. But for some reason he continued to offer rooms and raised the price 3 times during the same day after he contacted me for much higher price then I reserved. When I asked for cancellation note , he said that he does not understand what do I want. He didn't issue the refund. I had to call booking support to get it.

Location is great. Very close to jaffa street Nice building and appartment. Large appartement with 1 room and one living room.

Check in is from 3pm. But when I came at 3:30pm the room was not ready and I had to wait until they finish to clean it. The towels were not very clean. No coffee machine in the room. No hairdryer.

The room was not clean some facilities were broken The staff wasn’t nice We had to wait for minutes to someone to open the door just for us to do check in(at 2:30pm)

Some parts of the facility were broken Everything was dirty The bathroom was dirty the shower

Great location

The apartment did not offer any amenities. It was advertised to have a coffee machine, but there was none. Could have also used: tissues, instant coffee, paper cups and plates, garbage bags, washcloth.

The Location, big bed, nice breakfast.

Not very clean, reception available rarely.

The room was not clean Tock long for the water to get hot The parking was very far (10 min walk) The deal of 70NIS per 24 hours didn't work, and in the end, we paid 175NIS

The location was great. The bathroom was huge. They had robes which was fun.

The location was really hard to find, there are about 5 building entrances that are #7 on the street and there wasn't even an official sign over the entrance. We were room 304, but when you enter the building there only signs for how to find rooms 100 and 200. The towels had holes in them. Also they had an espresso machine but not capsules! And it wasn't the standard Nespresso one. If they had just 3 pods it would have been enough, but it felt cheap not including a few. There was also a big problem with the parking. There was no one at the hotel to validate our parking so we had to pay full price which was almost 300 NIS. If you stay here DON'T PARK AT THE LOT THE HOTEL SUGGESTS!

When the reserved room did not suit us , they gave us a new room.

I was difficult to reach a manager even during business hours.

In Jerusalem it's very difficult to find something so close to the center and so quite you can sleep as long as you want with out being disturbed from anything

If there is late check in are you forgot to make early check in and you arrive late you have to go and get the keys from a way of 10 minutes walk which is quite fast rating

The location is superb. It’s close to everything. There is a very good supermarket close by and the tram is just down the street.

The balcony was actually against a blank wall.
