Room generally cleanes could be better and some furniture is bite old

Very helpful, friendly and good employees, excellent location, air-condition worked well in room, lobby is interesting with orient vibe, breakfast is nice with fresh humus, carbide... All in all for that price is worth it

its old, not clean, they should maintain it even its old. The table you can see the dust, the toilet bowl there is a stain its not difficult to clean it with the help of cleaning solutions. The carpet, if you will not take care and if you are walking with out light you might trip and fell down.... Although nice old building but at least to maintain the cleanliness.

Some things could be a bit more clean in the lobby, but the rooms were very clean which is much more important for sure.

The managers and the receptionists very helpful, which is probably one of the most important things. Lobby is in the oriental antique way, which is splendid.

The central air-conditioning wasn't work, The room had a little cold at that night.

Reserved double bed room, We checked in late, that room was sold out already. But the hotel upgraded to suit room with two room freely, Thanks for their kindness and satisfied service.

Nice to make some cosmetic repairs to make impressions more excited.

Hotel has own east atmosphere - please don't lose it:) Staff is very friendly and hospital. Our room had good view to the garden. During the night was quite despite of the location near the road. The bed and bathroom were clean. In the morning was breakfasts: fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, toasts, gem and butter, cheese, cram cheese and hummus. Everything was fresh and tasty. Coffee and tea also :) We liked our time here.

Oh my gosh the dust...if you are allergic don't forget your medication ~ the hotel happens to be old fashioned with thick carpets everywhere and very heavy curtains, which all need good cleaning more often.

Yahia is one of the most kind and helpful persons I've met (his co-worker also), made me feel safe nomatter where I was in the city or outside and I thank him so much for this. I would stay again because feeling safe and in peace is more important than having clean carpet, bigger towel or whatever. It is quiet, with comfortable bed, big space, good price, close to Damascus gate 15' walk, many buses just outside the hotel.

The only thing I would change is time of the free breakfast- its 7-9, would make it till 10. Otherwise perfect. Delicious coffe.

The owner and personel is great guy. Super down to earth and helpful. Gave us bigger room than what we payed for. 3 hours before check-in time because he saw how tired we were. Also helped usnwith the way to transport to the Train Station without using taxi. Would recommend 100% and when I come to Jeruzalém again I will stay here.

A great place which needs however some renovation and electrical fix. But was completely worth the money. This is a hotel in a good hotel tradition.

I didn't like having to leave, but all trips must come to am end.

The people made me feel very welcome there. Always a kind word and a smile. If you told them what you wanted from the market or store, they would get it for you at price. No tricks or gouging. I will be back.
