The hotel doesn't actually have its own parking lot. The underground garage does have a few, very tight spaces, and if you're lucky, the hotel might be able to offer one. But even then, there's no guarantee of a spot. There's a large free space next to the hotel, which everyone uses as a parking space, more or less legally.

The breakfast buffet is simply fantastic. Highly recommended.

Location: Ideal if you prefer a quieter base—but if you want to step straight onto the central promenade action (shops, bars, nightlife), you might find it a bit off‑center. Beach access: The pool is lovely, but the actual beach requires that short walk—just something to note if you’re all about immediate sea views. Wear and tear: We spotted a few small scuffs and misuses in public areas. Nothing major now, but without regular upkeep these could become more noticeable down the road.

Breakfast: An impressive spread of super‑fresh vegetables, cheeses, pastries and more. There’s enough variety that everyone in our group found their favorite start to the day. Staff: Warm, attentive and genuinely happy to help—whether it was extra towels or local tips, they were on it. Facilities: Everything advertised (free Wi‑Fi, outdoor pool, sauna, coffee machines, minibar) worked flawlessly. Value: We checked out a few other nearby hotels, and AKOYA easily delivers top‑tier comfort for a very fair price. Parking: If you drive in, there’s ample paid public parking right in front of the hotel (blue & white zone).

I stayed in this hotel with my family, it’s just perfect!!! The staff was extremely helpful with my stay I had so much fun staying there, the rooms were amazing, very clean and modern, we stayed at a room with a sea view and it was very nice to just sit at the balcony with a cup of coffee and relax. We added a dinner and a breakfast the food is delicious like a 5 star restaurant. IM really not exaggerating about the review!!! Thanks so much for letting my trip to Eilat to become perfect ♥️

Parking could be better organized. Coffee machine in lobby was taken away for Shabbat. The pool is rather small.

it said the hotel is beachfront- and it isn't, not a 24/7 check-in. at night when came back- entrance was locked, had to wait for the guard to come back to open and let in to the hotel. apparently was supposed to call the guard (wasn't told ahead of time, so didn't know)

Service staff amazing and helpful- they added in breakfast with no extra pay. breakfast was nice and delicious. Great balcony, I had a Beautiful ocean view, partially blocked by other hotel. room clean, spacious and very comfortable. great location, in the center, close to the ocean, beaches and big shopping mall. with free parking. they allowed an hour late checkout.

If I’m being very petty I think the hotel could have chosen nicer bed sheets. They were a little bit rough for my liking.

Everything was brand new, clean and tidy. Great water temperature at the pool. Location was great. But above all Hayfa the receptionist was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we will have the best weekend possible. I can’t stress enough how wonderful she was and how grateful we are to her. The hotel is very nice but I don’t think we would’ve enjoyed our weekend as much as we did without her.

Only two elevators which might be a problem during Shabbat, when one of them works in special mode.

Pretty new hotel, our room was spacious, good equipped. Very good breakfast. Comfortable location for the “winter” holiday in Eilat: in walking distance from the shopping center and promenade. And of course the staff: very friendly and helpful.

We came to Eilat to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and we are so glad that we chose Akoya hotel. We were very surprised at the beautiful view of the mountains and the Red Sea. We have never seen something more beautiful before. We are very grateful for the very kind, warm, and welcoming staff. They were very kind to us. Thank you very much to the manager Mr. Cohen for his kindness. The breakfast was exceptional. They made us an omelette and there was a big selection of food items. The cappuccino was great. We highly recommend this hotel and we would given 20 starts if we could.
