Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IsraelThe place is a beautiful boutique hotel, located in the center of the city, 5 minute walk from the market. We booked the suite, as we were a group of 4 friends. The room was big, we had two queen size bad in separate spaces. The only downside was the bathroom, it was tiny and we had only 1 (not very comfortable when your 4 ppl) Overall - good VFM and recommended

IsraelThe bathroom is separated from the room by a thin not completely opaque glass, which does not provide sufficient privacy.
The hotel is perfectly located close to Mahne Yehuda market and has a wonderful roof with a view on Jerusalem, a 24/7 operating Jacuzzi and a comfortable lodge. The breakfast vouchers are to wonderful coffee shops. The reception lady was extremely friendly. In our case, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of marriage, and the hotel provided a surprise package in the room (for extra charge).

United StatesGreat location near the machane Yehuda. Rooms were big and designed beautifully. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was a nice amenity. Nespresso coffee pods premium cookies and water bottles greeted me in my room upon arrival. Staff was very kind and went above and beyond to assist. Overall very pleased with my stay and will return to Albi hotels next time I need a place to stay in Jerusalem.

IsraelThe semi transparent bathroom door is really weird and awkward. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and there was no way to stop light reaching the living room in the morning. Parking during weekends may be an issue - although we discovered there are always free spots on the street of the hotel.
Great location. Great jacuzzi on the roof. Very hospitable and friendly staff.

IsraelBedroom a bit tight but it doubled as a maamad so it made up for it, felt safe , a bonus.
Nice staff, rooftop jacuzzi and sitting area beyond our expectations. Lounge area next to bedroom felt spacious. Location was centralized yet quiet. Breakfast awesome at Nocturna. Poached eggs over toast with home friend potatoes and mushrooms , nice atmosphere.

IsraelThe rooftop was obviously a bit neglected, no real shade or anything much besides the hot tub (which wasn’t relevant anyway with the heat outside). A few refreshments and shade are needed. The window from the bedroom reveals a weird forgotten area of the building, really could be improved with some plants or something. Also, our room at floor 1 was actually at the same height as the street, so we really had to have all the curtains closed at all times so as not to be seen by people on the street.
Nice room, relatively large, with sofa bed in a seperate living room that was perfect as a bed for our daughter. We enjoyed our room and the pillow menu. Staff was friendly and helpful. Design is nice.

United StatesIf you come with a car, you need to park a few minutes away. Even just to upload your luggage there is very limited space for a car to stand in front of the hotel.
This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. The area is amazing, the hot tub is on the rooftop overlooking the Jerusalem streets. The room is cozy with a nice tub and scrubbing salt prepared. The bed is comfortable, staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is in a cafe nearby with delicious food. I would book again over there in a heartbeat and would recommend.

IsraelThe online check-in procedure was a bit tedious.
This is a small hotel with very comfortable suites, at a reasonable price. The location is really good, with access to bus routes and the light rail network. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.
