The room was smaller than I expected. Two chairs for 5 ppl in the room. Almost no space for the third bed - even though the apartment is considered as family suit. May be I should have read description more careful. But it was ok after all: we didn't spend much time inside anyways

The pool was nice but there were a lot of children who made the area quite messy in and around the pool.

The room was nice and big and the bed was really comfortable. I loved that they have a little supermarket as part of the hotel as it was really handy. They have a pretty big pool as well. The staff were very helpful.

For some reason the pool was closed. They argued it is for "security reasons", but in all other hotels in Eilat the pools were active. So we didn't like it a lot and quite sure Almogim just found a cause to save costs.

2 down sides: water in the shower were dripping out (need to clean sink), no hangers in main floor - all cabinets are in the gallery. no place to hang coats\bags and so on. also in the shower

we got gallery room (upgrade for our invitation) that was big and convenient. The only problem was there were no toilets upstairs which makes it harder to go there . What disappointed us was the balconey view; the pictures showed on the app/site had nothing to do with the balconey we got. No view at all, you only face a building in front.

Price, comfortable matress and pillow, good water pressure, quick responses, nice staff, easy parking.

The hotel also had many young travelers which were too loud for quite sometime, but not during the night. The corridors were a bit dark and design not very welcoming (as opposed to the room which was excellent).

The complex is fairly new. Our room was either new or recently renovated. Our room was fully equipped for everything we needed as a family, including self cooking. The staff were helpful and the pool area was very nice.

The water in the pool was cold and many people were smoking poolside, even though it is prohibited - the lifeguard didn't seem to mind.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a gallery apartment which was comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well supplied and it was great to have near parking. The location of the complex is great, especially if you have a car.

The restaurant on site is bad, poor food and very poor service. If the restaurant manager is not on site, the personal working there doesn’t count you as a customer, they just talk between themselves and ignore the customers.

It was far away from the centre that we knew in advance. We expected better facilities but in overall we were ok.

The apartment was ok. The guy at the reception was very helpful (ALex). The swimming pool was good for kids and in the market we had many options. There was parking.

Got a room with view to the prison, the website stats that there is a safe in the room, also when booked the property send a message asking to put valuables in safe but there was no safe in the room and when contacted reception the guy told me that there are no safes because they ordered new ones.
