Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumThe negative feedback is not regarding the rooms or their maintenance but rather general impression: A fade smell of cigarettes - could be from the outside? The view overlooking the little street is not what a tourist would have wished to see out the window.
I confirm previous comments regarding the rooms; they are indeed as big and specious as appear in the photos. Rooms 1 is a bit bigger than room 2 and both similar decorated and equipped, including some dishes in the kitchens as well as towels, shampoo, coffee, tea, and sugar. Before 15.00 I received WhatsApp message with all instructions. Perfectly clear and efficient. I allowed myself to try out the jacuzzi bath; I recommend it... and there's enough place for two people 😀 Well done!

GermanyUnfortunately there is no free parking next to the apartment, so you have to pay the fee via the parking app during the day till 8 pm. This must be considered upfront.
The apartment is close to the Sea of Galilee and many restaurants, shops and stores are around the corner. It is a great start to explore the area around Tiberia sand the Sea of Galilee and to spot the historical locations out of the bible. The check-in was pretty straight and all upcoming questions have been immediately answered by the owner. We could really enjoy the days here.

LithuaniaIt was totally fine for us but be aware of stairs and that the apartment has not a nice window view. Also it is tricky to find it, just don't go to the google map point, actually it is located on Haatsmaunt street near Zipori fabric store ( better google that point :))
It's great apartment located at the quest street in the center of Tiberia. The host was very friendly and ready to answer 24/7, there is free parking near by, and apartment is well equipted

United StatesThere was no window-can't remember staying anywhere before with no view to the outside. (Technically there was a window but it was frosted over so you couldn't see the wall that was outside.) Long narrow staircase up to the three rooms. We were on a 16 day trip so had a lot of luggage. No closet so no place to hang clothes other than the bookshelf if you brought your own hangers. Overall we were disappointed based on the extremely positive reviews on booking.com.
Location was good-walking distance to restaurants. Free parking was a bit of a walk with luggage. Room was very modern-appeared to have been recently renovated. Bathroom was fairly large. Pictures are an accurate description of the room-it's what the pictures don't show that is important-see below.
