Unfrortunately immediateley behind the hotel there is a building site with a pneumatic drill breaking rocks at a high volume level, we could not eat our breakfest at the outdoor tables because of the noise and were woken up when work started at 8am

We had an amazing stay at Spa Cnaan Hotel! Our room came with a breathtaking view of the Kinneret, which made the experience even more special. The food at both breakfast and dinner was absolutely fabulous – fresh, delicious, and beautifully served. The pool and Jacuzzi felt like pure heaven, the perfect way to relax and unwind. A special thank you to Mor, the Guest Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable with her exceptional care and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

There is not enough parking in the hotel's courtyard which at times can be quite annoying.

The property is exceptionally well appointed. The interiors are of a high standard and visually interesting. The large Olympic sized pool is indoors with outdoors relaxing areas surrounding it. The quantity and variety of food both at breakfast and dinner is truly amazing. As the hotel is outside of town, most guests come to relax and be " pampered."

Magical place. Large beautiful property with many different themes. Amazing service. Staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Room was beautiful with anything you could need. Lots of small touches. Powerful shower with all the amenities. Forest on premises. They had a painting class in the afternoon in the forest. I would stay here again without hesitation. Can't wait to come back.

The breakfast and dinner were just ok. The staff seemed a bit new and it was hard to track someone down to get coffee in the morning. For dinner there was just water on the table and we weren't asked if we wanted any additional drinks. There is a wine bar in another room, but considering the price, it would be nice to have soda or juices at dinner. There were a lot of options for food and the veggies and salads were very fresh. It would be nice if they made sure platters were refilled a bit more often, and got some covers for the hot food to keep it from drying out. The first morning there was a frozen yogurt machine which we really liked, but were disappointed the second morning to be told it wasn't available (it was covered with a sheet in the corner). I would also recommend putting cheeses without their packaging in the breakfast, it's a minor detail that felt a bit odd to see. The other minor issue was with the water in the shower. The pressure was good but without touching anything, the temperature kept changing drastically. It didn't bother us too much but would probably be something they should look into. It would also have been nice to have a tub instead of a walk-in shower, especially because there is room.

The service was amazing. A special thank you to Mor and the front desk, who personally checked in on us and helped us navigate some issues with BeHatzdaa where we booked an additional night. A note for booking through behatzdaah- it takes up to 48 hours for them to confirm with the hotel and can cause issues booking a spa time. The room was comfortable and large, we were on the top floor with a lovely view of the Kinneret. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless when we recieved it and spotless after the cleaning on the second day. It was a nice surprise to find a bottle of wine and some chocolates and fruit on our check-in. We spent the whole stay at the pool and spa. We were there mid-week so it was emptier than I'm guessing the weekend is and there were a lot of open sun beds and clean towels. The staff was constantly going around to make sure towels were picked up and the floor was dry. We really enjoyed the attention to detail that kept everything feeling clean and comfortable. The water's temperature was perfect for swimming, and the pool is large enough to not feel crowded with others. We also enjoyed the hot tub outside and the Hamam. The couples massage at the spa was very professional. There were some issues with the booking but the staff helped us navigate it. I would recommend calling as early as possible to book massages, it was very busy the whole time we were there and I think a lot of people go just to the spa and breakfast. I was really impressed with the hotel facilities and decor in general. There are a lot of little areas to find some privacy. We especially loved sitting at the fire pits outside after dinner. The attention to detail in the small things, even the lobby restrooms, really elevates the feeling of luxury and comfort. Don't forget to ring the gong in the entrance!

This is not a big deal at all, but - Air conditioner was noisy and either too cold or completely off, no middle ground. There's a ceiling fan too, and that's great. - No reading lamp by the bedside table as there was only a a big lamp.

The service was OUTSTANDING. Sara invited us to dinner, and it was splendid. We loved the food variety, views, sitting corners in the lobby, activities, the area around the hotel. Pool, jacuzzi.
