Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A wonderful, super comfortable apartment with a very responsive host. Great location and we loved the comfortable beds, fluffy towels and the well equipped laundry room. A real home away from home - highly recommended!

I liked that the apartment was clean and comfortable, and you appreciated its great location.
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, placing you right in the heart of everything, yet it remains a quiet, cozy retreat. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Every aspect of the stay was convenient, from check-in to check-out, and the amenities provided were just what I needed for my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience in a great part of the city!

everything was good.
The instructions to get into the apartment was easy, location is perfect lots of restaurants around, the beach is walking distance the apartment is clean we have a laundry and dry machine available., was show on the picture Macht the place. Thank You.

Only minor comments - Tap fittings in the kitchen and bathroom sinks need tightening, extendible make-up mirror in bathroom needs to be secured, need dish cloths in the kitchen, the air-conditioners are a bit noisy. The one part of the sleeper couch was a bit hard but our small children still slept soundly.
The apartment is in a great location close to the square (kikar), restaurants, shops, and a short walk to the beach elevator. Yurrii was very quick to respond to our many questions, was very helpful and available and met us on arrival. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (en suite) apartment is comfortable and newly renovated, with modern, tasteful furnishings and fittings and good facilities. The apartment was clean, the beds in the bedroom were comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a big shower and large rain head, fluffy towels were provided, laundry with washer and dryer, air-con, coffee pod machine, on-site secure parking, and security entrance. The apartment is quiet and faces away from the street (although the view is of the back of other apartment blocks).

No shops within easy walking distance.
The room was very large, clean, and modern. Just what you needed, without any clutter. It has a (clothes) washer and dryer!

Everything!!!!
It was perfect yurri the manager was excellent and was helpful the place ticked all the boxes the apartment is in a perfect location next to the sea and all the eateries and cafe, yurri gave me a lift to Jaffa for free on the Sabbath I am very thankful of that I strongly recommend this place 10/10

Overall there's high humidity in the apartment, so sometimes you wanna open the windows to freshen the air. It missed the small lamps on the bedside tables (you can see them on the pics), but we were told we can find lamp in the laundry room (which we did).
The apartment exceeded my expectations to be honest, it's located perfectly, was even more spacious than on the pictures, bed was very comfortable, super easy to check in. It was especially nice to have very big blanket for the two of us (I was with my mom), so that we don't really bother one another while asleep.

There was a musty/moldy odor, especially in the entryway

The apartment has a washing machine. This is good but the implementation is not very good. The washing machine is on the common balcony and is behind a thin door right in the bedroom (studio apartment). In our case, the neighbors decided to wash things somewhere between 10 pm and 2 am. It was impossible to sleep.
