Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IsraelThe room was not clean enough upon arrival. There was a shortage of bedding and tableware, as well as no toilet paper. These issues were resolved after we brought them to the staff's attention. It is clear that the room has been recently renovated — new tiles were installed on the walls and floor. However, the work was done very carelessly: grout residue was left on the floor, making it look dirty, glue stains remained on the tiles, and some tiles on the baseboards had already come off (which is also a safety hazard). The overall impression is quite disappointing, as if the cheapest renovation team was hired with no supervision over the quality of their work.
The breakfast was excellent! Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Cozy, shaded area with a large convenient parking lot, clean swimming pool, barbecue area, and an on-site store — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay.

IsraelThe pool closes at 17:45, which seems a bit early to us in the summer.
The pool is very good. The hotel has a small supermarket inside it that had all we need - much more than a usual convenience store. The hotel is spread over many separate two-story buildings, so you do not have many neighbors, which is nice. It has a "country atmosphere" - trees and grass, but thus also leaves, birds and cats. I liked this, but my kids did not. It is located very close to the sea and the coral reef, but not close to the center of the city. For us this is an advantage. We got an upgrade for our room - basically to a small apartment, and one free breakfast - just for booking through booking.com.

IsraelWas a bit dirty in rooms, the rooms pretty old, could be nice to refresh them a bit. Also was a big problem to make a change in room to add person, no hotel and no booking not helped us at all with this, but this room actually was for 4 persons, and we were here only 2.
I've been here already many times, i love this style of hotel, it's like many little houses, especially room with balcony nice, The location pretty far from centre, but the beach here very nice, colorful fishes, and quiet place, but sometimes in rooms alot of people because some rooms are big and ppl can make a noise. If you like cats there is a cats near a hotel)

SpainThere were five main things which we did not like: 1) the apartments are pretty old. The first impression when we entered was quite bad. Yes, there is enough space and finally you get used to it, but they should do some renovation 2) the water in the pool was freezing cold. Our kids did not want to go to the pool or they stayed for a very short time. I do not understand why they do not heat the water a bit. We could hardly use the pool... 3) when we arrived we were given only some basic information about our apartment and the breakfast. I do not understand why they do not prepare a small booklet about all facilities: opening hours and so on. In general the receptionists were ok, some of them were even very nice, but they were often not able to answer some questions, for example I asked about the attractions for the kids in Eilat, and the recepcionist knew nothing. I would also expect that someone from the hotel coordinates the prayer times at the shul. They leave it fully to the guests which resulted that I missed the morning prayer on Shabbat 4) the restaurant only serves breakfasts. before the arrival we were hoping for Shabbat meals at the hotel, but they do not serve them so we had to buy food from the catering in the city center of Eilat 5) wifi inside the apartment was very unstable. To have a conference call I had to go to the reception area
Although our first impression was not very good, all in all, it is a good place to spend a few days with your family especially when you are Jewish: 1) It is a kosher hotel: with a shul, kosher breakfasts and a Shabbat key. 2) the breakfast was really excellent 3) the hotel area is very green with a lot of trees 4) The location is excellent as you are very close to the top tourist attractions of Eilat 5) There is a supermarket where you can buy all you need. 6) Easy parking inside the hotel area 7) Comfortable beds 8) What we liked a lot were small presents which the hotel was giving us almost every day 9) The pool is big enough but the water was cold (see the negative comments below) 10) There is a terrace with a table but the terrace is not very big; it was fine for 2 adults and 2 small kids ; it may be challanging to accomodate 4 adults there 11) there are some good activities for kids

IsraelThere were little things that could be fixed almost for free. One example is the latch of the French window of the balcony was too loose almost unscrewed. Another example was the very limited number of TV channels. Moreover, the air-conditioner gave coldness while it was assigned to 30 centigrade heating.

IsraelSome of the walls had peeling paint, some of the floorboards were cracked, and the couches in the rooms were stained a bit.
The breakfast was incredible. There was so much variety and plenty of food. They were even accommodating for our gluten-free needs. Additionally, the hotel had several activities to keep the older AND younger kids entertained and occupied, so we didn't need to rush around looking for things to do. It's a few minutes from the main drag, but that's a plus in my book since it was quiet and calm.

United StatesThe wifi didn't work at all. I wasn't motivated to ask about it because I was trying to have as work-free a family vacation as possible, so I took it as a blessing in disguise. They might have fixed it if I said something.
This is a perfect family resort. Beautiful pool, easy enough beach access, convenience store on the premises, kitchenette in the rooms. No frills, but the staff is great, and for a family with little kids, it's 1000x better than a standard hotel.

IsraelNo cons to this visit. Maybe one point should be marked WIFI was very slow and sometimes didn't work.
The room is big enough for family needs, and the staff is friendly. There are green areas, and this time, they were not too crowdy. The same goes for the parking space. Great position, very close to Coral Beach.

IsraelI found that the room facilities are a bit dull and require renovation. Though it is at an acceptable level (not worth then on other competitors' hotels in the arrea). The price is very high but at the same level as other hotels in the area.
This hotel is at great location, the facilities where good and a team was very friendly and helping to get the most of our vacation.

IsraelWater in pool was too cold for swimming, my kids hardly could use the pool because of that. In late October water should be a little wormer.
I like the fact that this hotel is quiet, not crowded, with nice and quiet families, feels like being in a small village. Also the nearest beach is very beautiful. It's not a fancy hotel, but feels very relaxed. Also the minimarket provided good selection of snacks and even food, including fresh bread and vegetables, which was very convenient for a family with kids.

IsraelThere are many amenities which needs a little love and care - the toilet works, but not great, the sink is a little slow, the AC is a little noisy...all works, but much of it is a little old and needs a bit of maintenance. For us, it's really not the end of the world. It was our second time there and we'd be happy to return again.
Staff is very welcoming, the pool is nice and opened until 19:00 which is great. Location is out of the city, but near the coral reef beach and there are several decent restaurants nearby, which is great for us. The hotel itself is pretty quiet, even though there are many families there, which we love. There is a little shop in the compound with pretty much all you need. Prices are not cheap, but definitely acceptable. No problem with parking.
