When we arrived we got a free upgrade to a VIP room, with jacuzzi. We also got some more small surprises, and one big- free tickets to a super performance in the twin hotel - club hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us comfirtable. It was an amazing vacation. Recommabding to late checkout feature.

The breakfast was excellent! Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Cozy, shaded area with a large convenient parking lot, clean swimming pool, barbecue area, and an on-site store — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay.

The room was not clean enough upon arrival. There was a shortage of bedding and tableware, as well as no toilet paper. These issues were resolved after we brought them to the staff's attention. It is clear that the room has been recently renovated — new tiles were installed on the walls and floor. However, the work was done very carelessly: grout residue was left on the floor, making it look dirty, glue stains remained on the tiles, and some tiles on the baseboards had already come off (which is also a safety hazard). The overall impression is quite disappointing, as if the cheapest renovation team was hired with no supervision over the quality of their work.

The score i give this time is because i remember better days of this hotel . I like very much the workers they really try to help and support any need. I liked the pool , the fact that its out side the city , the supermarket that is open until late night ,

As some one that been in the hotel more than 5 times in the last 3 years the rooms maintenance become worse overtime , there are ants in the rooms , the shower and rooms are not maintained, toialet not operating , worse is the A/C which in our room didnt had any return pipe thus we had to keep the door open otherwise no fresh air could go in . The outside pathways are very dirty and not maintained properly. The bed is short , I am 1.78 and 30 cm of me were outside the bed . Value for money the hotel is amazing, but still, we pay the best of our money, and what i wrote is, i think, the minimum we must have.

The pool is very good. The hotel has a small supermarket inside it that had all we need - much more than a usual convenience store. The hotel is spread over many separate two-story buildings, so you do not have many neighbors, which is nice. It has a "country atmosphere" - trees and grass, but thus also leaves, birds and cats. I liked this, but my kids did not. It is located very close to the sea and the coral reef, but not close to the center of the city. For us this is an advantage. We got an upgrade for our room - basically to a small apartment, and one free breakfast - just for booking through booking.com.

The pool closes at 17:45, which seems a bit early to us in the summer.

    Quite close to the sea.

Dirty room with very old furniture. Problem with parking. Outside there is a parking with sand. For such price - are you serious?

There is a terrace with a sea view — that’s pleasant. It’s relatively quiet and peaceful in the evenings. A bottle of wine and a chocolate bar in the room — a nice gesture. The central air conditioning worked well. The pool is large and modern. In the morning it was clean — the filtration system did its job. You can swim comfortably before the crowd arrives. The smell of chlorine is typical for public pools. Breakfast was fairly diverse — a proper buffet.

The first impression was very negative. At the gate, a security guard insisted I had come to the wrong place — despite showing her the reservation with the hotel’s name and a photo. I had to walk to another hotel with a similar name, where I was told it wasn’t the right one either and sent back. Only after searching on my own did I find the reception — exactly at the original address. At the reception, I was met with a cold, dismissive attitude. When I complained about the guard, the clerk said she’s “only responsible for parking and doesn’t have to know where she works.” I had reserved parking in advance, but the secure lot was full. I was told to park down the road on a rocky, unofficial lot at the bottom of the hill — also full. I had to leave the car far away and walk uphill 400–500 meters. Our room was far from the entrance and looked very old. The fridge barely closed, the freezer door was broken. Strong smell of cigarettes poorly masked with deodorant. TV only worked from a close distance — initially it seemed broken. Wi-Fi existed in name only — we couldn’t open a single website during our stay. The central A/C worked, but vents were covered in black dust. The bathtub had no stopper, making it unusable unless you buy or improvise one. The toilet was installed so low even kids hit themselves when trying to sit. Children’s game machines were disappointing: air hockey ate 20 shekels in tokens and didn’t work; claw machine’s grip never fully closed — the toy would drop each time. Token slots jammed often; some coins had to be forcibly removed. The pool was overcrowded and murky in the evening — clearly exceeded sanitary limits. Only in the early morning did filtration make it usable. Breakfast had decent variety, but no brewed coffee at all — only instant coffee packets with hot water. The espresso machine was covered and unused. First time I couldn’t get real coffee in a hotel breakfast.

I've been here already many times, i love this style of hotel, it's like many little houses, especially room with balcony nice, The location pretty far from centre, but the beach here very nice, colorful fishes, and quiet place, but sometimes in rooms alot of people because some rooms are big and ppl can make a noise. If you like cats there is a cats near a hotel)

Was a bit dirty in rooms, the rooms pretty old, could be nice to refresh them a bit. Also was a big problem to make a change in room to add person, no hotel and no booking not helped us at all with this, but this room actually was for 4 persons, and we were here only 2.
