Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IsraelThe rooms felt bland and overall feel was dated. The hotel was packed and so elevators were slower than we would've hoped. Basic stay overall, we enjoyed our time.
Family getaway. Not fancy or luxurious but overall satisfied. It was fine, kids enjoyed. Breakfast was as expected. Hotel parking doesn't exist, need to use a shuttle, quite annoying. The entire facility can use an update.

IsraelWhere to start..... First of all, the whole hotel was DIRTY. In our 4 days there we never saw it clean or being cleaned. This was true for all the common areas including the lobby, the lobby bar (pictures included), the breakfast room and the rooms we stayed in. Yep, during our 3 night stay, none of our 3 rooms got cleaned once. We did see the cleaner with her cart and she gave me tea and sugar when I asked (why did I have to ask??? 3 people in the room and just 1 tea bag and 1 sugar were provided). But she didn't clean and didn't bring towels. All the furniture in the hotel, including in the common areas and in the rooms, are old and saggy. The food at breakfast that was supposedly made on the premises was always dry. This was true every morning of our 3 night stay. This includes the scrambled eggs, shakshuka, pizza, blintzes with chocolate, pancakes and vegetable quiche. In other words, the hot station. While the pool is big and deep, it is a big mistake that none of it is shaded! As a result, the whole pool feels like a hot tub and is far from refreshing. The shaded kiddie pool was much better!
I liked the parking service. Many people here complain about it, but I actually liked it a lot. I liked the food service in the bar, although they did put butter cubes on my cheese platter which didn't come with bread or crackers, so that was extremely weird. But the food was fresh and fairly priced, the portions are huge.

IsraelHad it not been a family vacation I would have been disappointed . Booking told me I was getting a suite with a balcony yet there was no balcony. The pool closing at 5 on Saturday whilst it closes at 7 on weekdays was such a shame and the rooms were spacious but rundown. It's a great family option but could do with some better upkeeep.
Long weekend with the family . Great place for families as we had a large suite, the kids loved the pool and the meals

United StatesThey need a remodel desperately. AC needs to work in the hallways and elevators. The elevators need to be updated. Five years ago, I stayed here and nothing has changed, but have gotten worse. Parking is bad too. Couldn’t use the gym like a normal hotel. Had to get a special key to go in the gym, because they said they didn’t have someone cleaning it normally.
Breakfast was good.

IsraelLack of a trash can cover in the toilet(either bad smell or throw paper down the toilet which is bad for the sewer)... Lack of a microwave in the dining room(there is no way to heat anything from the cooling food, and it's rare for such a large hotel)... When I told to the person responsible for the meal zone during breakfast time, that the table at which we sat wobbles, we received in response "everything is okay"... The bar area was very weak(this is due to preparations for the new "holiday season", so there is a reason, but even so, if the hotel receives guests, leaving the bar so empty is bad)... The general appearance of the hotel is a bit old and shabby. Of all the food, I didn’t like some dumplings(they were very crumbly and watery).
The general appearance of the lobby, dining zone and room were clean and comfortable... Friendly and helpful staff... Our stay included only breakfast and they made changes a couple of times during this week we were there. Everything was good and tasty with proper variety of meal. I liked their coffee(and this is not a regular thing)... They have here a synagogue and a children zone. And a swimming pool(didn't swim because of the cold water, but some others did).
