We arrived as 4 young people aged 21 to 23. The room is cramped, The suite is barely suitable for a couple of parents and 2 children, We paid 2,700 euros for 4 nights, which is a very high price. We found out from the guests that there is a website on Facebook where you pay less than half. . Even though we paid full price, the reception staff did not think of upgrading the room or offering us a more spacious room even for an additional fee. Why did I have to stand in line again with 80 people (I counted) to get my key, even though I checked in online? The rooms are just as old as they were 20 years ago. There is no phone answer for hotel guests, if you need something urgent you have to contact them by email. And WhatsApp doesn't work.

I highly recommend this hotel for families with children, but would advise couples or solo travelers to look elsewhere. We visited with our three kids of varying ages and absolutely loved the pools and water facilities. The dining hall was spacious and offered a reasonably diverse selection of food. The room and towel service was regular and satisfactory, and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel's location is also excellent. Overall, a great choice if you're traveling with kids.

The Elevators where very bad in the building called specific, it did not work , we had to use the stairs most of the time to the fifth floor

basic things like elevators and room fixtures aren’t functioning properly, it can definitely put a damper on vacation. Slow elevators that don’t match the hotel’s guest flow, outings into long waits. And doors or windows in poor condition—especially lacking proper security—aren’t just inconvenient, they’re a safety concern.

Nice old hotel, hotel location is hot. Hotel stuff very caind and helpful. Clean facilities even the toilets in the public area.

Cleanliness in the room and beds. On the first night my children found someone's hair on the pillows and I had dirt on the sheet. But we arrived after a long day and after more than 400 km we were very tired and just went to sleep without complaining. Locks on the balcony exit barely closed the door which was important given the fact that it was on the ground floor. The lighting in the balcony was very weak and some of the floor lamps did not work. I expected more from a hotel of this level

Excellent hotel location. Close to public transportation, shopping center and beach. Very varied and delicious breakfast. We also ordered dinner for an additional fee (and expensive), which was also very varied and delicious. Everyone found a dish to their taste

Spacious suites, multiple pools with slides, great location, entertainment for families, and a spa. Perfect for a fun and relaxing stay. There was a problem in the room, but it was fixed right away.

Everything was perfect and our kids loved the facilities. Only complaint was they booked a teenage girls dance competition with 500 girls over chanukah when they had many families with young kids. And the girls were very loud through the night and even accidentally banged on our door a few times. Poor planning in their bookings.
