The fact it is a unit and not a complete apartment. You can be very lucky and have the whole place to yourself or like I had, have a very quiet neighbour who is never there !! or like some years ago when I first came, be unlucky and hear your neighbour's TV and conversations as only a cardboard wall separates the units.

I liked the quietness of the location and the wonderful comfi bed and sofa and the nice and huge wardrobe. Also the super size of my room (room nr. 1). I also liked the quick responses of Angel and her professionalism.

As an American, it took a little getting used to small washer and absence of the dryer, and use of the electric stove with unusual controls. Once you figure it out, it’s as easy as a keyboard. Drying clothes on ropes behind the window is fun! Reminds of old Italian movies.

Great location at the center of Netanya. Beach with the nearest elevator to the beach 15-20 min walk, shops, shuk (market) within walking distance. 8 min walk to Central Bus Station, from which you can get to Train Station on bus 32. From there you can get almost anywhere in Israel, - Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa. Angelica is a great host and speaks three languages: Hebrew, English and Russian, and a very easy to deal with. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Angel is a great host, kind and proactive. We had a small issue with electronic key on the entrance door, and Angel immediately provided us with physical key and was in touch even in the late evening. Definitely recommend the apartment if you want to enjoy Netania and the sea in 10 minutes from the house.

It is an apartment that has a shared kitchen area. But the rooms are big and give that hotel feeling. One small thing is the shower rack is suctioned on and wasn't strong enough to hold while pumping the soap out.

The room was even nicer than the pictures. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

One of the best stays I had in Israel, European standard - very clean, pleasant room design, responsive and pleasant owner that sent me instructions of ready self-checkin. Also there's a shared kitchen with everything you may need, very clean seems new. Great quiet location in the center, close to the sea. 10/10.

Not a negative but just to bear in mind, there was no shower gel / shampoo in the shower but not really a problem as a corner shop is 30sec away. Otherwise nothing to note, all was great.

Very good location, 15min walk to the beach and central streets. Both the room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. We didn’t use the shared kitchen but it looked to have all sorts of equipment, including washing machine. The host was very responsive on the app! We arrived quite late but had zero issues with self check-in, received the instructions well in advance, all very easy. The room had huge TV, aircon’ed.

The only thing that my son mentioned was the hot water. Every time you want to take a shower you have to switch the hot water boiler on 40-45 minutes in advance.

I didn't get the email with instructions for getting in, so it took some help to get in. It wasn't completely clear that it is a bedroom with a shared kitchen with two other rooms. Looking back, I can see it says this, but it's not clear from the initial description. It would be really helpful to have a permanent physical folder/binder with instructions for the apartment - how to use the washing machine, dishwasher, television (we never managed to figure it out), and especially the hot water heater (you need to turn it on for the shower). For those in Israel it is standard, but it was new to us, and we had two days of cold showers until we asked about it.

The fact that I had to share the kitchen. And I HATED the fact that it's NOT an apartment but just a room or a unit within an apartment. They do this a lot in Israel, it is not fair.... The pillows wete also horrible. Old & cheap and got neck pains from 😔

The fact that the area was very quiet. I chose it as I saw it was in a quiet street (a street which is a dead end street with a parc in the middle). And the price. Not very expensive for Netanya but it was just a room with shower & toilet facilities. Also I could check out 1,5 hour later than what was written on booking.

The room had a strong smell of a cat that didn't go away. I made 2 consecutive reservations for this property for 2 stays as I was visiting my elderly grandmother in town. The property manager cancelled my second 5 days booking because they got a better offer from another guest to book it for 10 days. I had to find an alternative accomodation with 4 days notice. The linnen ware clean but very very old.

The property has a great location right in the middle of Netanya, all the restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach. The property is renovated and we'll designed for comfort.
