We lived in 541. The room with a balcony with the view on Nort-East. Everything was all right - location (10 minutes to the beach), cleaness, breakfast.

IsraelAlthough the hotel is a touch outdated in terms of decor it was very tidy and clean. The room was big and comfortable. The facilities were clean and we enjoyed the pool. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Especially Max from the reception desk that welcomed us and helped is with whatever we needed.

Mostly with 'Parking full' sign displayed, leaving us to park on the road and worry about pango.When it WAS available had to call a number at the gate and wait 5 minutes for the security guy to come down and manually open the barrier - and same on way out of the car park! The hotel is a bit dated.

IsraelThe bathroom is poorly designed and one quick shower turns the bathroom into a small lake. The door glass is not well planned in order to retain the water inside the shower area. Another miss is the fact that there was no fruit at breakfast, which is uncommon for a hotel like this. And lastly, there is almost never parking space in the hotel's garage, so you have to park outside and pay for it.
Friendly staff, especially the life guards at the pool who are truly attentive to the kids. Nice breakfast, very well located, close to everything. Some people in other reviews complained about the elevators being slow, but we didn't experience that at all.
