The location can't be beat. We walked everywhere. The room was a nice size, but dated. It could use a facelift. The breakfast during the week was not great - the weekend much better probably because they were busier on the weekend.

Official check-in time in Booking.com was 14:00. In reality, our room was not available before 17:00. Value for money not very high, though the overall experience was good.

Very good location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The coffee from the machine was not of good quality. The hotel looked shabby in some places and there were stains on the carpets. The room decoration and also the lobby was dark and out of time

Breakfast was on the avarage. The dining room was dark , sad with no windows, some of the products were not fresh , even the bread was fresh only one day. There were no fresh juices . I liked the location and the room which was cmfortable

Bathroom door is thin plywood so not much privacy if someone else is in the room. Ran out of tea bags and sugar in the room, called reception and they refused to replace them. Said I should wait until the morning breakfast. For over thousand shekels a night and can't send a teabag and sugar to the room is terrible :( Swimming pool was too small and full of kids all the time so I didn't swim. Last thing,. I stayed four nights, every day the breakfast was the same, no variety. Got tired of same eggs and cheese every morning after day 3.

The hotel is in a great location with many bus routes right outside the from entrance. The bar mitzvah I attended was within walking distance of the hotel near mantilla mall. Room was clean and comfortable. Certain staff were friendly and helpful. I ran out of tea so I went myself to the bar and the staff were kind enough to give me a teabag and sugar. Overall a good hotel, I would stay again.

Stayed over 1 night in April. The occupancy at the hotel was very low so it was very quiet. The staff was very nice and allowed us to check out late. The room was big, beautiful and and clean. They have parking, which is a big bonus in Jerusalem.

Breakfast and bar require some improvements. In the breakfast area, the staff doesn't clean and prepare tables fast enough. Therefore, sometimes it gets difficult to find a clean spot. Communication with the staff is a bit hard as some of them barely speak English and/or Hebrew, Coffee machines did not function properly. Sometimes the coffee tasted weird. In the bar, the menu wasn't clear enough. We also witnessed some loud arguments between the staff members. Having said that, breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the bar was tasty and not expensive at all.

Nice and spacious room, excellent location. Courteous staff. Plenty of space in the parking garage.

Breakfast provided the many tour groups with an efficient, quick and easy food options. For the individual tourist, however, the breakfast would benefit from providing more interesting and varied healthy and creative grain and vegetable salads, as well as fruit options.

Staff was responsive and friendly. They really tried to please. Room was newly renovated, beautiful, clean and spacious. Outdoor pool was a big plus. Breakfast was plentiful, with omelette and pancake stations.

Strange for a hotel of this calibre not to have a 24 hour room service, and the limited room service that is available is from the milk restaurant. Also strange that when sun rises before 06.00 and sets around 20.00, the pool only opens 08.00-18.00, and usually with 15 minutes cut off on either side as the lifeguard spends this time readying him/herself and the pool. Considering how hot the middle-of-the-day hours are, and that many tourists in Jerusalem will use their days for activities, the missing 2.5 hours of optimal swimming time is very disappointing. My children and I found ourselves regularly rushing to get a short amount of swimming. I also don't understand why a family of 5 - which is quite small for a family size in Israel - has to be financially penalised by requiring to book 2 rooms - i.e. nearly doubling the cost. The regular family size here is 5+, and it is not beyond imagination to safely fit 5 people into the room, especially when 3 are small children

Location is excellent. Hotel is clean. Staff are generally friendly

If the pool is important to you, then note the strict 6.30 pm closing time, and if you arrive after 6 pm like we did, you may not manage to find a clean towel, and the general feeling you have is that they just want you to leave so they can close up - in fact one afternoon the lifeguard (who mostly seemed to be on her mobile phone the whole time), left her post at 6.15 pm so the manager of the hotel had to sit there in his suit for the last 15 minutes to fulfill the law that someone needs to be “on duty” – hilarious!!) We had an initial issue on check-in that our Booking.com room price might not be honoured because we had only three people occupying two double rooms not four! The hotel reception seemed to think we needed to cancel out that booking and rebook at a higher price for three. Obviously we stood our ground and very quickly a duty manager materialised and sorted it out and offered us a complimentary breakfast however if we had not clearly stated in the Booking.com booking that one room was being occupied by one person only, and had printed a copy of that to show them, we might have lost the argument since they were initially insisting that for two double rooms, we needed to produce four passports, very odd - first time we have ever encountered this in any country!

This hotel is situated walking distance from the Old City and close to a number of good restaurants, parks and green areas. The style of the hotel is late 90s but is very clean and rooms are comfortable. It is well-equipped with lobby bar, nice restaurant, gym and a small pool. Another huge plus was the FREE underground secured parking which is the reason we scored the hotel an 8. Make sure you request a reserved space if you have a car since driving around Jerusalem is not to be advised. Better to leave your car and venture out on foot and by taxi. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had an omelette station and good coffee - always a winning combination.

Friday night dinner very disappointing and not nearly as good as when I have stayed there before.Very little chicken and chefs meat poor quality.Even though it was Friday night food was quite cold.I paid for 8 of us and had told them how nice it would be so I was not too happy

Breakfast was okay but staff reluctant to make hot latte as they felt we should use machine 2 machines were broken Friday and Sunday morning. A nuisance to have to keep going back for hot water.Should have been teapot or jug
