My room was fine. It was clean, quiet, and had all the basics. Here is more of what you can expect: There is a coffee maker in your room, a larger one in the small reception area, and you have WIFI, but you have to ask for anything else you need (more hangers, a hair drier, iron, etc., and then they are provided). The location is very good. You can find just about everything you might wish for within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, and some sightseeing. The hotel is in the Jewish section of Jerusalem, and the entry gate and door to the small building where you are staying are left unlocked from Friday night to Saturday night (Shabbat), but you can still lock the door to your own room and open it with your magnetic key. I had a restful stay at De Cardo Boutique and would definitely go back there again.

I was there for four nights and didn't have any issues at all.

Location was superb. The stuff was great.

It was not clean. The facilities were average

-there were some stuff that didn't work properly, we had a room in which the toilets didn't work properly ,then we moved a room and the light bulbs didn't work properly -the acustic is really bad ,you can hear what is going on in the hallway or in the reception really good or if someone is talking outside, woke us up at night.

the hotel is simple but clean and well located in the city center and still quiet.

When we entered the room, some basic like towels were missing. The staff bring it shortly but it could be a better experience if it was already i nthe room.

It’s so close to the Holy City and a nice central point for restaurants and coffee shops

Short walk to Kotel, shopping, restaurants. Nice large room and bed, all amenities. Willing to change room for my comfort.

The location is great.

There was a smell of mold in the bathroom which also infiltrated into the room. It is in an old residential building, the bottom floor of which was turned into this hotel.

I stayed for four nights and the room was not cleaned once - even after I requested them to do so, they did not even empty the bins and there was seldom anyone on the desk.

Location is great. Walking distance to main attractions. Clean. Coffee available 24/7 Small fridge and coffee in the room. Hot water 24/7 Eseel was especially helpful. For the money you pay it's a steal.

Not very well mantained, shower is smaller than the cruise ship shower. Toilet was detached from the floor, however everything was functional and livable. Will be happy to stay there again.

The location was the main reason we stayed there, 10min away by foot from the Old City. It had a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Easy quick check in

Clean less could have been a notch better

The location was great. Rooms are fairly big and they are clean.

Facility is a bit old and run down. There are maintenance items that need to be attended to (painting, etc.)

It would be great to receive the code from the entrance gate in advance, also to know which gate from three is the right one :D
